Ordered an aviary, it took 2 weeks to get it with the hardware bag ripped up and empty inside an Undamaged shipping box ( so it was packed that way) asked for replacement parts and another week goes by and it’s still incomplete. They’re telling me another two weeks to get the latch for the door ( maybe) so over a month later I might be able to use it? Maybe I saved a little over going to a big box store, but I would have been able to use my order!

This is the worst place i have ever bought furniture from. They sent me damaged merchandise and have still not refunded all of my money. Do yourself a favor save your money and go to Ashley's Furniture. I still havent got all my money back and now leasing company Progressive Leasing is charging me a monthly payment!!! STOP!!!!Dont buy here!

Op dinsdag online besteld, vrijdag geleverd en heel netjes tot op ons terras geleverd dat achter ons huis ligt met kleine helling. In elkaar zetten ging zeer vlot.

I just ordered a swimsuit and I order xxl and it was looks like for kids never place any order in here this scam and it came from China this company they should be advised who ever the company is scam so everything in here doesn't look like the pictures I'm not even waist my time to do a refund or anything else I won't by nothing here you sucks ...!!

Maandag 15 juli kwam men onze Minore 4x3 zweefparasol leveren én installeren want daar hadden we een extra €90 voor betaald.. maar er ontbraken essentiële bouten en de ‘techniekers’ hadden er geen extra mee. Gevolg: Overstock ging ze nasturen.. maar de parasol is 9 dagen in zijn karton op ons terras blijven liggen! Elke dag heb ik een mail gestuurd, elke dag kreeg ik als antwoord dat de bouten eraan kwamen.. niet dus.. Uiteindelijk liet ik Overstock weten dat ‘eens de vijzen geleverd’, wij de parasol wel zelf zouden monteren. Vandaag, 24 juli is er een zakje met bouten geleverd, de parasol staat eindelijk recht en Overstock belooft om onze €90 terug te storten.. Conclusie: de dienst na verkoop is bedroevend! Tip: je bent maar beter alert en pro-actief want o wee als er een stuk ontbreekt!

Can i please give a -1 rating on dealing with this company and the companies they deal with. Ordered dog flea and tick product on July 2 and on July 3 contacted them wanting to cancel product and they told me couldn't cancel bc it had already shipped. Yet hadn't received a notice of shipping. Then they stated all I had to do was return to sender and they would refund my money. Contacted overstock and company who sent product to state I had sent back on July 9 and paid for return they said 2-5 business days would refund. Sent emails no response. Called on July 23 talked with a Desley with customer service and she asked for tracking number which I didn't have it at that time. Then she came back on phone said can't find package and no refund. Called them back with tracking number and they magicly found package and refused me a percentage of the money I paid for product. Sent package back unopened and spent $6.00 for returning package. Company is crooked and it states refund information in emails and beware don't send back without a tracking number as they will not refund or pay you back if you don't have one. Worst customer service ever. Will not purchase again from overstock.com. To many other companies who give a care.

While products are plentiful and decently priced, Overstock's customer service and return policy are poor. I tried calling Customer Service and was advised of an exceptionally long wait time, so I tried the chat function. Although I was just asking a question about making an exchange versus a return, the robotic response was, "Sorry, I cannot help you with that." The return policy, even for those of us who joined the "O Club" for $19.95 a year, allows only store credit. Thus, once you buy something, you cannot get your money back under any circumstance.

Ordered 2 of the pillows 2nd of June. Then ordered 2 pillowcases to go with them. As of 20th July still not received my order, despite contacting customer services 3 times. Not had any responses except we will contact you in 3 working days. Never contacted. Would not recommend to anyone!
