This is a company that is stuck in the olden days. I placed an order for a headboard almost 2 weeks ago. I'm moving soon but my order was placed long enough that it should have already been here. I called Overstock to have the order redirected to my new address. The customer service representative tells me that my order has not yet shipped, but changing the address might be a problem. She also says that the best she could do is send an email to shipping and they will be in touch with me in 1-2 days. Really??? My order is still in the warehouse and you can't change the address?? What kind of 1975 nonsense is this?! I tell the customer service representative to cancel my order. She then tells me that I can't cancel until the order has arrived.

Rude customer service and definitely not ordering again! I ordered 5 chairs, delivery estimated was 31st of July and it is still "processing" on the 31st of JULY.. Customer service absolutely obnoxious and told me it will take two days to get the answer back from the warehouse, in this time I may even get the chairs delivered since there is no updated tracking number in the system. Long story short, I will look elsewhere where the customer service is pristine, such as Amazon etc.

If I could give this company minus stars I would please do not use this company they are complete scam sent me empty package after complaints made through PayPal they decided to send me an empty tracking package I have filed a claim against them in the hope I will recieve refund :(

Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Tafel en 6 stoelen geleverd en gemonteerd. Alles beschadigd. Wouden ons een waardebon van 300 euro aanbieden als we de tafel zo houden. Gingen product opsturen voor de stoelen. Moest dit zelf allemaal behandelen en schuren terwijl de monteurs de stoelen over de grond hadden geschuurd bij het monteren. Geantwoord dat ik de tafel wou waar ik voor betaald heb. Dus niet een tafel waar er in het frame spleten in zitten en waar het blad scheef op ligt. Opnieuw langsgekomen. Stoelen waren in orde. De montage van de tafel was slechter dus blad niet geplakt. Bieden nu een waardebon van 200 euro aan (waarom minder terwijl mijn klantentevredenheid alleen maar daalt?). Terug nieuwe herlevering. Voor de 3de keer opnieuw frame gemonteerd. Terug scheef. Bieden nu slechts een waardebon aan van 100 euro (menen ze dit nu echt?) Nieuwe herlevering. Komen voor de 4de keer. Hebben geen tafelblad mee. Dus helemaal niets gemonteerd. Moeten nu dus voor de 5de keer komen. Waarschijnlijk zit de volledige serie van dit frame met productiefouten. Klantendienst is precies een robot. Enkel bereikbaar via online dossier met telkens gestandariseerde antwoorden. Geen begrip. Geen kwaliteit. Hebben zogezegd de laatste keren kwaliteitscontrole gedaan.. Ik heb zoiets bij geen enkele firma meegemaakt. Ik raad ook niemand aan om hier iets te kopen. Dit moest een leuke aankoop zijn waar we lang voor hadden gespaard. Wij hebben nog geen geniet gehad deze zomer. Enkel miserie..

Staff at Overstock have told me to buy it at your own risk. Several items including furnishings, rugs and clothing are great. Some items are disappointing or rip off. On some returned items, sometimes wrong or not as pictured. Sometimes, I paid for shipping. And Sometimes, they would pay for return shipping. But, again remember that buy it at your own risk.

There should be an option for NO STARS. This company has my £53 for a cancelled item and won’t give it back. This was 31/05/19, I has sent 37 emails, all I get back is automated mail. How is this company allowed to operate after all the complaints? Please beware DO NOT ODER FROM OVERSTOCKED US, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF THERE IS AN ISSUE. Does anybody know who I can get help from (other than this company it’s self) HELP HELP HELP

I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ordered from Overstock. I'm only glad I ordered sunglasses instead of large pieces of furniture like the other victims of this company. After a month of checking on my order and seeing it in a constant state of "shipping," -- with, by the way, my credit card being billed, I was told that a trace had been put on it and so they were canceling the replacement (?) Which I got notified of with a refund of "$0.00." I dont know where they supposed traced my package to but it certainly wasn't to my house. No money and no sunglasses. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Schandalig! Chaises commandée en Avril pour le mois de Juin: sur les 5 chaises commandées, les 3 premières arrivent seulement mi-juillet. De plus, 2 de celles-ci sont défectueuses! Maintenant, nous devons attendre jusque octobre pour avoir les 5 chaises. Aucun geste commercial n'est fait. Les clients sont des pigeons; à rejeter à tout prix!
