I just discovered that overstock had attempted to renew a membership I had in 2013 again! It is 2019 and I have not purchased ANYTHING from them in years. They have renewed a membership without my knowledge and gotten away with it for years.

This company is pulling scams! I cancelled my order, due to the fact that I received part of the bedroom set, that was damaged and a different color. They refused to cancel the rest of the order, and 3 weeks later attempted delivery. A week prior I sent them another email to cancel again; they would not. The delivery company called me I said I cancelled. Do not come! They tried to deliver the item, but I again told them I had cancelled multiple times. Now Overstock is saying I would have sent the order back without inspecting it, therefore I should pay $ 200 for shipping. This is unbelievable due to the fact that the item was different than described and defective! When I talked the last time to costumer service I was calm and the man on the phone yelled at me telling me that I should stop raising my voice. I had witnesses next to me, I was talking calmly and did not raise my voice. You get the idea how much respect they have for their costumers. Second case: On August 31 I tried to use my 19$ rewards, they did not let me use it. On September 1 they said that they will charge my account with the membership fee. I replied multiple times and told them not to. On September 2 they charged me the membership fee. On September 3 the rewards still would not be available ($ 19). I contacted them, but they refused to give me a refund for the $ 19 but finally cancelled their fraudulent charge. However, I had to contact them again in order to get my $ 19 back. Later on September 3, magically it showed I had $ 99 rewards, yet I have not made any purchases. In order to get the $ 99 I should then sign up again. You get the idea the scam they are pulling on costumers. They are lying with their numbers and refuse to cancel orders, try to charge you for shipping even though their items are different than described and defective!

Never ever purchase products again from this company, It has only been about 7 months and everything has fallen apart, I am actually not going to pay the remainder of the bill. They will not give you any warrenty, they say 30 days but when a recliner breaks before that time period they tell you to call manufactur who hence tells you to call Overstock...Disgusted with this company

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order was made months ago. After numerous emails asking where my item was I have now been blocked by their IT department. Looks like I have done my money as they obviously have no intention of honouring my purchase.

Een 2tal jaar geleden hebben wij daar een eetkamer gekocht. De kwaliteit die in de toonzaal getoond wordt strookt niet met de geleverde goederen. Onze eetkamerstoelen zijn van zeeeer slechte en goedkope kwaliteit. De tafel kan er maar net door qua kwaliteit!! Onze stoelen beginnen al stuk te gaan en zullen we snel moeten worden vervangen.

Ren svindel. De leverede aldrig varen og har ikke svaret på mine rykkere. Heldigvis sjælden at man oplever sådan noget plattenslageri.

Research products before buying from overstock. They should change their name to OVERCHARGE. they may not be holding a gun to your head but there definitely robbing people.

I ordered a bedding set from Overstock and matching curtains from another company because Overstock didn't carry them. Curtains got to me within a day or two. I tried to hang them and they didn't fit my windows. Knowing I had to return them and had no other options for matching curtains, I tried to cancel my order with Overstock. Even though the set had not even been shipped and sat for at least another week at their warehouse, they would not let me cancel the order. I had to pay to have it shipped back, even though there was PLENTY of time for them to cancel it before it ever left their site. When I asked for a free return label, they tried to push their "free" club membership perks on me for $19.95/year. First of all those perks aren't actually FREE, you are charging a $19.95 fee. Second, the return fee for the package was more than $4 cheaper. Seriously!! This company stinks! I'll be shopping with Amazon from now on! At least they are honest about was the fees are and don't try to tell you things are free when they aren't!
