Ordered a pool 2 weeks ago. It was in process status. they canceled it because they are sold out everywhere. Now nobody to talk to about refund $759. No information, Nobody on chat or email. I think they are over selling everything. I'm reading thousands of customers are having the same problem and not getting their money back. I would not recommend using this website. I changed my review, they did get back to me. They refunded my money the same day they canceled the order. My bank takes 5 days to post it. only three starts because the process was never completed.

Nous avons acheté un salon de jardin avec un fauteuil 2 places et 2 fauteuils 1 place en osier noir et coussins (assise et dossiers) en tissu noir. Les coussins se sont décolorés avec le soleil et sont devenus gris. Après avoir téléphoné au service clientèle, ils nous ont répondu que après 1000 heures d'exposition au soleil c'était normal.Un scandale. Résultat n'acheter surtout pas chez Overstock car si toutes les 1000 heures vous devez changer tous vos coussins cela devient cher. Maison pas sérieuse du tout. Collignon Dany

I would never order another product from Overstock.com again!!! Their return Policy is a SCAM. Significant charges to return product resulting in almost no money being returned. (Shipping was almost free...???) SCAM! Unable to reach customer service by phone, text, or chat. Please do not order from this company.

Overstock is excellent even got my product early love y’all the total Experience from start to finish was hand down

Niet doen! Wij waren heel ontevreden. En niet alleen wij: heel veel klanten geven dit bedrijf een slechte review. Google zelf maar eens. Tegenwoordig heet dit bedrijf in Eindhoven Exterioo. Wij kochten een set van tuintafel en stoelen. We vroegen om onderhoudsarm (wij kennen onszelf!). We kregen een tafelblad dat behandeld moest worden gedurende meerdere dagen. En de tafel kwam als bouwpakket. Wij moesten alles zelf meten, boren en monteren. Nooit meer!

This has been a nightmare! We ordered a pool on May 5th, and the estimated delivery date was May 19th. We continued to check the order and it was processing at the warehouse. We spent the time and money to prepare our yard and have everything ready. This morning I checked the status of our order and it was canceled. No notice sent of this, no way to talk to anyone. We now have a torn up backyard and no pool.

Their customer service is the worst.. their shipping is not fast and if you decide to return an item that was sent damaged you have no luck.. their customer service is one of the worst i have ever came a cross... don't shop from them.. their price is higher compared to similar sites.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Overstock.com. I placed an order and received a coupon for 15% off my next order. Product shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I "activated" the coupon and placed a second order. Coupon was supposed to be applied at check out. IT WAS NOT. There is absolutely no way to contact this company. Their virtual assistant is off line and there is no phone number. I have emailed and texted that I would like to speak with someone. I received an automated response to PICK A CATEGORY. None applied. I now have several case numbers pending but have had no response whatsoever. This is not the kind of company I care to do business with. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
