I ordered a couch 6 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/11/20. I got a call that morning saying they were still missing part of the delivery and would contact me when it was delivered. I never heard anything back from the shipping company or overstock. Throughout the remaining 4 weeks, still no couch and I was never contacted by anyone with an update. The couch is still nowhere to be found and I went ahead and cancelled my order. Poor customer service and still no product to even review because the company did such a bad job. Very disappointed. Will never order from there again.

Overstock is not a reliable company. When they send you an item you did not order, Their employees act as If they are always right, no matter you send them the pictures proving they sent you the wrong item, usually a cheaper one. Also beware of FEDEX their carriers, they keep the fee you paid for taxes and custom duties, and or giving you the goods you bought, they ask you pay the taxes and duties again, and never give you a bill so that you can never ask the return of the tax and duties paid twice. Terrible abusive Overstock.

Ordered a rug when it arrived it looked nothing like what was online. They were charging me 40% of the original price to return. I will never shop at overstock again.

Sent package to old address in Kentucky (I moved to Florida). Said it was due to address attached to payment type??? Overstock will not help and tells me it’s a third party vendor. Emails come at 230am from Overstock Asking me if I can pick up the item. I cannot be respond directly to the emails and so again I talk to a rep who tells me again that she cannot help. 4 days of the same. $190 lesson to remind me to just use Amazon!

Horrible experiences with this Company. Beware..Do not leave anything in your cart when trying to order another item. Make sure you delete all other items from the past. I recently tried ordering a rug for under my dining table and found out I'm being delivered something I didn't order. Now I have to go through more than I expected. Returns, return fees. Be careful! Never will I purchase from them again.

I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS!!! This is the worst company to deal with. They do not care for customers. I purchased a fan on a saturday night a few minutes later a cancelled the transaction because i found it way cheaper on another site. I was informed that it was to late that it has been shipped i find that impossible. I called to cancel order they would not, I asked about matching the price they couldn't because I was not an O member which you have to pay $20 for it. After going back and forth they offer me the member for free so they can match the price. Once I asked to match the price overstock would not match it because it can not be a third party vendor. Overstock would rather loose business this way instead of pleasing a returning customer. This is my last time i would buy from this place. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I purchased a very highly rated blood pressure monitor from overstock 3 months ago. The machine worked perfectly for exactly 3 months. Yesterday it would not turn on. I replaced the 4 AA batteries twice and it would still not work. I called overstock to see if I could get a replacement. The individual I spoke to said there was nothing he could do. I told him the machice worked for only 90 days. He did not seem to care. I called Visa and spoke to them. Visa said they would try to deal with overstock. This was my first purchase ( and my last ) from overstock. From now on I'll make my purchases from Amazon.

Absolutely one of the worst online companies to deal with. Their customer service & freight department are unprofessional, inefficient and incompetent to answer some of the most general questions.
