I ordered a copper bar sink for international delivery on 9/9/20, my account was charged the same day. On 10/09 Overstock cancelled my order, I received an email advising me of this. I am still waiting for a refund 15 days later, i cannot speak to anyone credible to trace my refund. Disgusting considering they cancelled my order and now are taking so long to refund my account.

Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. After weeks of searching for the perfect desk for my wife and I's office we finally found the exact one we wanted. After being beyond thrilled, we waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery. 72 hours before we were about to receive our purchase we were informed that the item we bought was given to another individual and we would not be receiving it. Their customer care was beyond useless and tried to sugar coat the issue by passing the blame to a third party vendor. After blaming the vendor who handles your inventory, their company did nothing to rectify the issue other than simply reimburse us our money. Now we are left high and dry with no home office for several more weeks, and will either have to completely redesign our office or spend endless hours trying to find the perfect desk yet again. I absolutely will never use their company again, and will be certain to persuade others to not do so as well!!!!!!

Got my order wrong the first time then when I got it the second time the box had a bunch of holes in it. Because of this I lost screws and bolts. They told me just to buy it at a local store and they will give me a coupon. Never buying from them again I don’t want a coupon

Product came damaged. Customer service did not respond with the correct response. NEVER again for Overstock. They'll be out of business soon enough.

Their customer service over the phone is great, courteous and helpful. However, the delivery has been a nightmare. FEDEX is the real culprit here. I will not shop with Overstock until they start using UPS or another company, as the issues with shady Fedex are too big.

Vreselijke service. Normaal werd zaterdag onze bank geleverd die we 2 weken vooraf hadden besteld. Er is niet geleverd, overstock heeft niets laten weten evenals het transportbedrijf. ik heb alles zelf moeten uitzoeken. Maandag gebeld en nog steeds geen info, de bank zou stuk zijn geweest. De dame aan de lijn was zeer onvriendelijk en liet me niet uitspreken. een 2u na de telefoon krijg ik bericht dat de bank dinsdag wordt geleverd? Dit terwijl ik niet eens thuis ben?? Gaat het om de bank die stuk is??? Geen info ondertussen gehad van overstock dus opnieuw moeten bellen. Het zou nu om een nieuwe bank gaan. Ik heb dan zelf maar mijn ouders gevraagd te komen omdat we moeten werken, op hulp van overstock moet je in ieder geval niet rekenen... We hadden dit nog al eens voor gehad bij hen maar nu zal het de laatste keer zijn. NOOIT bestellen we nog iets bij hen.

Lounge set aangekocht in de lente. Niet alle onderdelen zijn geleverd en in september heb ik nog steeds geen oplossing. Je kan de klantendienst niet telefonisch contatceren enkel via een online portaal, ze vinden het bij overstock normaal dat jdit zolang gaat duren.

I ordered a limited edition Spider-Man statue that arrived broken. Now before I received my statue I had to PAY IN FULL to get it right? Well I contacted them the day the statue arrived because it was broken and they told me it will take 14 days to credit the amount back. Yeah BS!!!! You're keeping my money for 14 days because your company uses that money for purchasing and to show working capital. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE DIPS AGAIN!!!!!
