I order two different Givenchy perfumes on November 4th, 2020. I received one a few weeks late and the other as of today (January 14, 2021) I have not yet received. The tracking stopped on January 7th. Since then, nothing from Overstock. No more texts about order status, nothing. I "chatted" online and was "transferred" to "Brenda" I believe. But that whole process seemed completely automated. I do not believe there was a real human behind that conversation. I doubt I will ever receive that second perfume and may have to discuss with my credit card company a way of retrieving my money.

Do NOT buy from them. Worst company in the world. Ordered a computer desk and they got it WRONG TWICE! I will never ever shop with them again. I tried to give them another chance and they blew it BIG TIME!

Na het lezen van deze reviews met een klein hartje toch een bestelling durven plaatsen. Maar zonet werd mijn tv-meubel keurig op tijd geleverd! De levering was met 10 dagen vertraagd tegenover de levertermijn die we bij aankoop te zien kregen, maar hierover werden we tijdig op de hoogte gebracht. Het meubel was ook voorzien van veel beschermingsmateriaal om schade te vermijden en is in prima staat!

Worst company ever please don't buy anything from here.. brought a necklace 10 days ago no update on tracking info do I called overstock spoke with a representative no help at all can't cancel my order want refund money there jus full of BS. I recommend shopping amazon prime got the same necklace there real also was at front door in 2days.... I hate overstock

I received a counterfeit product and Overstock wouldn't issue a refund. I am sure it is a fake because the label is different, the bottle nozzle, and it smells different than the authentic product. I won't order from them again.

Not a great company. I purchased a necklace and have received an additional duty charge of £87 which I hadn't been expecting. Beware they ship DDU which means you are responsible for any duty and tax, which can be considerable. I would suggest you shop elsewhere

The customer service at overstock is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I would never buy from them again and highly recommend everyone to boycott them because they scam people by charging them way more money and then don’t price match.

I have to agree with the majority of reviews -- their customer service stinks. I called their 800 number to arrange a return and refund of an item I bought. I got a young woman in the Philippines who was polite but didn't have a lot of knowledge or training. She said UPS would do a pick-up at my house in 2 to 5 days. Never happened. I called a second time, then a third time at which point another woman in the Philippines said she'd established a new UPS order. This has gone on for weeks. My advice: avoid Overstock.com. They don't give a crap.
