I haven't even gotten my order yet and I'm compelled to write this review to warn you - if you want good service to resolve issues - you will NOT get it here. Each customer service rep tells you something different. And they are almost always incorrect. Tried to cancel order. Only guaranteed w/in first 30 min. Called 2x and was told it was still processing and it could be cancelled. It could not. Was shipped anyway. Asked for cost to return over 24 hr chat - was told $71. Thank god I called - next day the agent said well, it's per box so it's like $341 to return. If you're an O club member - you can return for free but only get store credit. Tried to price match to Amazon w/ the O club membership. Still have not heard back and they have started to ship the order already. Customer service can't help - apparently it's a diff dept and no one can reach them. 4 different answers from 4 diff people. None of them helpful or resolved problem. I'll update this if the stuff I bought is in good condition but based on other reviews, I'm not hopeful.

They stole my money!! They sent me a broken desk, spends hours on the phone trying to fix it, sent us the wrong part, then finally sent us a new desk and are now charging me hundreds of dollars for the old desk. Seriously be wary of ordering with them. I’m in my earlier 30s and shop online a lot. This is has been the worst customer experience I have ever had!!!!

Worst merchadise ever!@I ordered a vanity chair and they were all identical parts for the setup.Instructions listed two different set of legs...the set I got had FOUR identical legs..My second order involved a cocktail table which wad sent with NO hardware.I called the creator/company for the hardware. It was mailed to me this week. I am still waiting the shipment from Overstock so that I can review or use the table...Never again@@@

Totaal geen Service na verkoop. Kapotte stoel. Dossier aangemaakt. En dan stopt het. Zijn niet bereikbaar via chat of telefonisch voor dit probleem. Gewoon wachten zegt men. Verkopen is echter niet zo moeilijk.

I just want to say thank you to everyone that left a review for overstock. I was looking for a good online store with decent prices, premium quality and reliable shipping. I have bought from Amazon before and sadly was a little disappointed in the quality of the clothing I bought, the hoodie was super thin (which I sort of expected, thanks to reviews :) but it faded a lot and the pocket is torn now I have to Google how to sew lol. Same with the pants the large tear near the back pocket ,they turned blue , and were way larger then anticipated causing the bottoms to drag and wear away. They did last me about 5 months of being wore oftenly. Anyone have a better alternative please email me brandisb420 a Google mail.

Dreadful, confused service. No one seems to know what's going on. Redundant, contradictory actions by a variety of what are clearly outsourced call center folks. Buy from Wayfair or Amazon. Dealing with Overstock is a nightmare. On-line is supposed to be easier, faster, etc. Not so with this Company.

Weer erin getrapt.
