Overstock advertises free return shipping. The shipping is in fact free but you have to print a label that cost 15.97 or use your own label and pay for shipping. I ordered a quilt. The quality was poor. I thought I could return it for free but no. I called customer service and they said that they consider poor quality as buyers remorse and do not pay for return shipping for that. My bad. I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I just thought they were a reputable company. My bad again. I hope this helps someone before they order.

6 days after we ordered an outdoor dining table and chairs, we receive an email that our order is cancelled.. no explanation. I called. After sitting on hold for quite a long time, they tell me that they are out of stock. I asked to talk to a manager, but was denied repeatedly. Finally the operator said she would take my number and have a manager call me.. Well its 3 days later and no call.. Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from UNDERSTOCK.COM

worst customer service ever!! patio bar was delivered damaged! never got a refund, never got a replacement, products are made cheap, email from 9 different costomer service people and they still didnt get it right

Just a horrible experience, they lost the items!!!!!!!!!!! however, after a long wait somehow it was delivered, obviously by that time I had to return it, and guess how much I have to pay for it? 350 $!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful !!!

Never mind the merchandise, once you enter your email address you will never ever get rid of the barrage of daily....hourly emails. Unsubscribing, contacting the company, reporting spam somehow do not do a thing. I have come to hate them

3 weken geleden zijn mijn taek meubelen voor in de tuin geleverd, bij het openen van de verpakking stelde ik vast dat er een diepe schreef op het tafelblad was en ik heb direct een klacht met foto's gemaild naar Overstock maar tot op heden heb ik nog niks gehoord. Na vele keren bellen ben ik toch binnen geraakt en kreeg te horen dat dit normaal is dat het lang kan duren en dat ik de tafel mocht gebruiken. Nu verder afwachten, dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt, zelfs in de goedkoopste winkel heb je een veel betere service.

Worse company ever! I was never refunded all my money when I returned their low quality and damaged items I bought. It took many phone calls, many texts, and many emails plus a lot of time and stress to get partially refunded. The customer service doesn't know what they are doing. I received different answers from different customer service reps. I ordered several items. They are all shipped separately on different dates. Some items were badly damaged on arrival. All the items were low quality. And there's a strong smell like a chemical smell on the items. Everything is from China. Did I say-Worse company ever! I have never had such a bad experiece. It was shocking. It took over a month to get a partial refund. I guess that's how they make their money.

They took my money for one month. $2K on a dinning room set. I also ordered 2 additional chairs. I got the xtra chairs right away. Last night I called to see when the set would be shipped (it was supposed to be shipped today) I was told they CANCELED the order because they didn't have it in stock! I sold my dinning room set and hutch to make room for this one!! They said and email was sent to me. NO IT DID NOT! Get this... the 2 extra chairs I'm stuck with them because I put them together!!! The customer service lady was super nice and said she would make an exception but I had to find a box and wrap them and mail them back. I will never use this company again!! DON'T HOLD MY MONEY FOR 1.5 MONTHS AND THAN CANEL MY ORDER!!
