- Long story short : ordered in April with delivery end JULY. - Received a very uncommercial/unspecific mail from OVS advising a delay, however not mentioning the actualized delivery time.... this was now end OCTOBER. - Called OVS customer service : very very slow and NOT helpful at all... - Eventually returned physcially to the store to find a solution, e.g. amend our order for product arriving end JUNE. - I was assisted by the very helpful and highly customer oriented Oumaïma with whom I eventually sorted out everything. Thank you Oumaïma for the excellent/oustanding customer service ! Kr Peter

Overstock.com is one of the best sites I just bought a new home and I ordered a lot of things through them I had a problem with two of the items and they worked with me until I got those products which I really do appreciate so far everything I've ordered is exactly as it is and appears on that website

If I could rate the company as '0' I would. Ordered dining table set back in May and arrived in June more than a month after ordering online. The delivery dates were changed 4 times! After the dining set finally delivered, I discovered that a critical part (table leg) is missing. Made phone calls a few times and was told the same story over and over again that they have escalated the issue and I should get a resolution soon. Now my bills have arrived - payment due 07/02. I hate to make a payment for a dining set that i cant use but I have to to avoid late payment fee. I will never ever purchase items from this company ever ever again!!!

Ordering online just doesn't seem to work, I have tried several times and going round in circles. The customer care isn't good ad I can't seem to get any answers or speak to anyone, not a great experience for a new customer!!

If you live in Canada do not trust Overstock's promised delivery dates. The delivery date provided is only to the USA / Canada border. When you call their international support, they don't have a clue and then later email you with a links that provide no updated information. Be prepared to wait 2 months to get anything and if it is damage, I wish you luck.

It has been one month and I still don't have my item. The worst buying experience of life.

This is not a company to buy from. Be sure to read their return policy before placing an order. The items I received did not match the pic on their website, cheap quality, then was charged $52.00 to return the items. That was half the cost of the order. By the way, earlier in the week I received a lamp shade with dents. First and last time I will order from this company.

I love overstock. My shipment came within the exact time frame they told me. I had ordered too many of the same item and customer service took care of it right away. They were extremely nice.
