Not happy at all, the stitching is totally off, very cheap quality and now we have to pay for shipping. It is a very unfortunate situation and we'll never purchase anything from overstock. Their Customer Satisfaction Standards are extremely low and we'll make sure family and friends are aware of this! Shame on you!

Blijf weg van dit bedrijf. Levering wordt eindeloos uitgesteld. Men dient wel eerst te betalen voor de levering week daarna. Nu zijn we 3 maanden verder en nog steeds niet geleverd. Communicatie is zeer slecht en men moet zelf contact opnemen . Zelfs 1 ster is dit bedrijf niet waard Veel mooie reclame op tv,maar achter de schermen totaal waardeloze service !!!! Ondertussen is Overstock in 2021 zo goed als failliet !!! Aan alle mensen die nog willen kopen,koop niets meer bij deze firma !!!!

I have never dealt with such rude customer service reps and such draconian return policies. My end table arrived scratched and dented in one place. Returning it was such a hassle I gave it to my college age daughter - they take everything!

Ordered a bench. Sent the wrong one. Was offered an extremely small reimbursement to keep it or have to pay for the one I wanted and try to figure out to send the other back myself. Horrible customer service. Never ordering from there again

Nous avions commandé une salle à manger et salon à Hasselt, le tout est arrivé en parfait état, les livreurs sont arrivés dans les délais des heures données, le tout était monté en moins d’une heure et surtout d’une serviabilité irréprochable !!! Nous nous sommes ensuite rendu compte que nous avions oublié d’acheter les produits d’entretien pour nos meubles, nous avons été donc au nouveau magasin à Awan où le service était lui aussi impeccable !

Un scandale cette enseigne, incompétence, ne décroche jamais le téléphone, ... problème en cascade, livraison reportée 2 fois, avec des heures à essayer d'appeler le magasin de Nannine et le service clientèle, ensuite une fois les meubles arrivés, un problème de câble pour une table qui coûte plus de 1000 euros, avec à la clé, un service clientèle qui vous passe un service réclamation qui est systématiquement occupé! C'est une honte ce magasin!

We have had two issues with Overstock. In Spring 2021 we ordered a kitchen island. After waiting for delivery we received the bottom of the island and the legs to a table that did not belong to us. Overstock said that they could not get us a new top because it was sold out and they would have someone pick up the legs that did not belong to us. the person whose legs we received actually contacted us because our phone number was on the shipping label, turns out we had her table legs and she had our island top. She was in TX and we are in CA. Overstock said there was no way to swap the items as it was a "shipper" issue. So there we were left we half our island and legs to someone else table. After about 3 months of back and forth an island top arrived on our doorstep with no warning. We still have the other table legs and will be responsible for paying a dump fee to dispose of them. June 7, 2021-we ordered a table and chairs set. Shortly after ordering we were notified there would be a delay. On Sunday June 19, 2021 I reached out to customer service and they assured me that my table and chairs would ship out Tuesday, June 22, 2021. On the morning of Tuesday June 22, 2021 I received an email that our table was sold out and would not ship. overstock has a problem with overselling items and holding customers money for long periods of time when they know they items ordered are actually unavailable. I do not trust this company.

Horrible customer service. Do not believe the delivery time. I’ve ordered 2 times and they haven’t come within 2 weeks of the maximum delivery date.
