Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

NOOIT IETS BESTELLEN

I ordered a $900 coffee table through Overstock. For the delivery I was required to be present to sign upon receipt. The delivery window time was 9am-5pm with a 30 minute call in advance. The delivery never came, they weren't able to tell me where my delivery was, when it was going to show up. I now have to take a 2nd day off of work to be present for the delivery. Overstock only offered $60 of compensation on a $900 product. I have already spent quite a bit a money with Overstock in the last couple of months since I purchased a new home. If they don't do better on more compensation, they will lose my business for good!

this is one of the crappies websites I've ever dealt with. They make u think everything is a good price until u try and check out and se the shipping charges then if u want to send something back even like a shirt its like 35 to 45 bucks. One of the worst websites I've tried to use. I will never buy off here again.

I ordered two wicker chairs and they came as plastic wicker. Called to state I wanted wicker and to take them back. Told it would cost $35.00 and I should take them to UPS Stated I am near 70 and have no way to take them They said it would cost $56 to have UPS pick them up. When I complained they took it down to $25 Will not buy from them again

I will never buy anything over 100lbs from overstock again.thier "estimated shipping date" is an intentionally misleading ruse. I ordered an unassembled bar may 13 with an estimated shipping date of may21- may 26. Seemed reasonable. JUNE 7 still not here and support can't help locate it because it is a 3rd part carrier. Not ups or fed ex. No tracking clarity. One more week and I will cancel the order. Either way I will never order from overstock again.

Please save yourselves the nightmare of dealing with Overstock and shop elsewhere!! I’ve ordered from them twice and never again. 1. Ordered 2 matching bedroom lamps in one order. They only shipped one; never acknowledged the other lamp! Their email people just waste your time and spout nonsense. I had to call and spend time finding someone who could even locate my order and then ensure the second lamp was sent. Took over a month to get the second lamp. 2. A year later I order a lamp for my office. It is missing 2 bolts that hold the lampshade to the lamp; otherwise the shades flip around. Overstock cannot send me the bolts. Overstock wants me to spend my time and $$ shipping it back even though they will have to throw it away because it’s useless without the bolts. Then in another email they tell me this lamp does not have bolts. I have send them a photo of the installation diagram clearly showing 2 bolts. I call them, their auto vm system “cannot find my order number.” This company should be put out of business.
