Has anyone else tried numerous times to opt out of Overstock's emails without success? I bought something from Overstock more than two years ago, and since then I have been barraged with hundreds of their advertisements despite trying to opt out of their unsolicited emails every single time. This is abusive to customers, and violates virtually every anti-spam law on the books. In my opinion, this is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen, and one that I would be happy to join! Is anyone aware of a class action against Overstock for violation of the anti-spam laws?

Overstock.com customer service lied to me and refuses to send my refund for cancellation. Customer service associates says refund processed yet fraudulent refuses to send refund. Lies, theft and stealing money. From me reading reviews constantly ripping people off this business needs to be forced out of business. Corrupt

Commande effectuée en mars 2021. Livraison prévue à ma demande le 15 juillet. En juin, on me prévient qu’une partie de la commande ne sera livrable qu’en octobre. Le 15 juillet, aucune commande livrée. Je le signale et on me répond que la commande est retardée sans date précise. J’annule donc toutes mes commandes et demande remboursement. J’ai reçu un mail pour me dire que ma demande allait être traitée. Je reçois un mail supplémentaire m’informant qu’un ticket vient d’être ouvert pour mon annulation. Quelque chose me dit que les procédures avec cette entreprise vont être longues. Je déconseille fortement! Expérience client proche du zéro.

Beware buying any furniture from overstock. I purchased 2 sets of dining chairs, 4 chairs total. One set arrived with a broken chair because they were packed with one chair upside down on the other. The upside down one had arrived with a broken chair back. Overstock at first seemed great and initiated an exchange. However, the replacement said it shipped, but never arrived or had any tracking information. After 2 months or so I contacted them to ask where it was. They couldn't find the chairs that had supposedly shipped, so they issued another replacement. That order again never arrived or even shipped. 1.5 months later I contacted them to ask why it still showed as processing. They then informed me that the chair was out of stock and issued a refund for the one set. I dont know if it went out of stock while they farted around yanking my chain, or if it was out to begin with. Either way, I now have two chairs at my dining table that are a total waste of money because I need four. They won't let me return the second set because it is past the return window and I've already spent the odollars that were earned. I mean really, I spent the o dollars before I knew they would be out of chairs. Had I known they would take 4 months to let me know the chairs were out of stock, I would have returned both sets before it was too late. I am very disappointed in overstock and the quality of this item. I will never give them my business again.

Bought a room divider from them. One of the panels frame came cracked. I saw it the moment I opened the box. Contacted them immediately. The next day a representative (Henry H.) returned my email, and 3 days later they sent me a brand new divider. My experience has been excellent - pretty different from what some people’s been describing here - and definitely will buy from Overstock in the near future.

The price increases if you put it in your cart then return to check out later that day. So dishonest. Glad I didn't order anything from them after reading these reviews. I'll gladly pay more to shop at my local big box store instead of dealing with these crooks, especially for an order with a shipping weight of 400+ pounds. Thanks reviewers!

Ensemble de jardin de la marque bristol à 799 eu qui est couverte par une pergola le plateau en verre à explosé en 10000 morceaux heureusement aucun de mes enfants ou nous à table ou sur la terrasse. Aucun remboursement fait garantie pourtant de 2 ans pour les dommages du plancher c est à nous de nous en occuper et pour le danger que cela aurait pu créé, leurs mots aucun danger de mort !!! Société service après vente en cas de dommage à éviter tout simplement !!

I purchased a set of 4 outside pillows for our patio. They arrived in vacuum packed bags. The pillows are very flat and definitely not worth $60. When trying to return due to poor quality, Overstock would not pay for the return costs. Very unhappy and disappointed. I will never again order from Overstock.
