Terrible customer services. I ordered a rug that isn't straight on one side. I sent them a photo and asked how to return it when they sent it to me in plastic wrap and the wrap had to be torn to open the product. Sent them email 3 times. I've been a good customer of theirs for years, but I guess if you have a problem with an order they just don't care.

Buyer beware. If you want to return anything from Overstock, you are responsible for paying return shipping. If any issues arise or you buy from a 3rd party seller, Overstock is no help. There are way too many other options for online shopping. Shop anywhere but Overstock.

Thank God I saw the CEO on CNN. He represents the cyber ninjas in Arizona. The very group that went there and asked what to do. Because they never did a audit before. I will never buy anything from this company. And will advise my friends of this

It's good time to BOYCOTT Overstock.

I recently bought and item from Overstock using a coupon. After adding the coupon to my cart, the value of the item adjusted as did the total. I then bought a gift card at a discount to cover the total and continued through the check out process. A couple of days later, I notice a charge to my credit card in addition to the charge for the gift card I purchased. When I reached out, I found out the total had been increased beyond the value of the gift card later in the check out process and the difference was charged to my credit card without notification. Ultimately I was able to get them to issue me a refund but I really had to fight so I suspect they're making a good amount of money off of this tactic. They've been really defensive through all my interactions and have made it clear that this is a one time exception so I wanted to warn people to be careful to refresh your cart right before you check out and keep an eye on the total as you click through the screens because coupons that applied in your cart may be removed or reduced later in the check out process without warning.

Nu is de "verwachte"levering midden augustus waarbij overstock sint Niklaas zelfs de moeite niet nam om me te informeren, bestelling gedaan in het voorjaar om zeker te zijn van levering in de zomer, zomer bijna voorbij en levering nog steeds even onzeker als ervoor.

Nous avons commandé un canapé d'angle et une table en bois. A reception du canapé, nous constatons que les deux morceaux du canapé ne sont pas compatibles (problèmes d'orientation de l'angle). Nous demandons à refuser la livraison au transporteur qui refuse catégoriquement et qui laisse les colis en bas de l'immeuble. Je contacte alors le service client qui me propose un remplacement le 18 Novembre 2021 soit presque 5 mois plus tard... Ce sont des incompétents, service client injoignalble qui plus est lorsque nous parvenons à avoir un interlocuteur est extrêmement désgréable. FUYEZ

Overstock has a serious problem with there shipping company they tell you it's going to be there one day then they tell you it's going to be there the next day and then they tell you it's not going to show up for three more days my advice Buy Local they cave to there Shipping Company they're shipping company cost me two days unpaid wages waiting for my furniture buyer beware unless they change their ways I will never buy from them again they need to change their shipping company ASAP if you read the reviews on the shipping company which is CEVA LOGISTICS you would never buy from Overstock again unless Overstock changes their shipping company they will be going at a business guaranteed
