I ordered 2 queen size pillows from Overstock. The price as good. They arrived late, not a problem, but what was a problem was that the box was not sealed all the way & had I not come home when I did, the pillows would have been soaked from rain. It was not the shipper (though they should have put them better under my porch roof, instead of partly sticking out) fault. The box had not been sealed well & I am not sure if they were a return that were sent, or they just failed to tape the box well. After examining the pillows, they did not show any dirt on them, but I did email Overstock to tell them about the pillows & enclosed photos. They have never responded. That they could ship pillow the way they did (they should have been in one of those white bags, not a small box they had to sqeeze them into) is beyond me. I warn everyone to be careful what you order from them. Had they replied to my emails I would not have posted, but it is obvious they do not care & have lost a customer. I would like to add photos so others can see, but do not see a place to upload.

DO NOT order Fragrances from Overstock! I purchased a perfume from Overstock. I paid my good hard working $ Miss Dior Cherie. Waited a week. Received a bottle of the Miss Dior Eau de perfume. The same perfume I could have purchased at Macy’s! I waited and paid for a perfume that was false advertised! Picture and description on Overstock’s site was a lie!

Deceptive Online practices. I ordered a piece of furniture and didn’t realize I also ordered Club O! I’ve never heard of their Club O loyalty program and I had NO intention of joining one, particularly one you have to pay for. You CANNOT get your $21.00 back, they WILL NOT cancel the accidental order. I am calling my bank and the State of Connecticut Attorney Generals Office of Fraud, Waste and Abuse. I will NEVER shop at Overstock again

Bought a desk which was broken in shipping. all i get is lip service on picking the desk up. after 4 months i had to stop payment on credit card

Drops my credit with no explanation or reason, all payments made on time but what pissed me off the most is when they drop my credit they take all the money I paid in to it, They need to switch banks

Rampzalig! Ik geef toe dat ze heel mooie artikelen hebben. Maar eenmaal als er iets mis is moet je echt achter hun gaan lopen. We hebben onze salontafel, eettafel en zetel vandaar besteld. Aan de zetel ontbrak een stuk om de twee stukken aan elkaar te haken. Dan is er wel drie keer een externe gekomen. Je maakt dan tijd vrij en neemt een dag verlof, maar die persoon is van niets op de hoogte. Hij komt zonder voorbereiding naar uw huis en vraagt waarmee hij u kan helpen? Hoezo kan dit zelfs. Ik had online een dossier aangemaakt met foto’s en duidelijk vermeld welk stuk er ontbrak!! Tafel idem zelfde probleem er ontbraken vuizen. We hebben dit zelf dan uiteindelijk moeten oplossen omdat dit bij hen echt wel maanden(!!!!!) kan duren. Onze marmeren salontafel was niet zoals we verwacht hadden. We hebben dit dan teruggestuurd. We zitten nu al aan de 13 de werkdag en hebben nog steeds ons geld niet terug! Op hun website staat wel duidelijk vermeld dat dit binnen de 10 werkdagen wordt gestort. Dit gaat dan om duizenden euro’s dus je rekent echt op dat geld. We zijn naar overstock zelf gegaan, zij zeggen dat we de klantenservice moeten contacteren. We contacteren dan de klantenservice. Zij zeggen dat ze de boekhouding gaan contacteren. Nu sinds vorige week donderdag, antwoorden zij ook niet meer! Je moet echt juridische stappen bij zo’n winkel nemen. Dit is niet goed. Je betaalt enorm veel geld voor stress en slechte service!!

Horrible company. I spent hours researching a bedroom set. The one piece was discontinued, but overstock said they had 7. I ordered it and then spent hours on the internet ordering the rest of collection that matched it and ordered pieces. Now they tell me they canceled order because they don’t have any. How do you loose 7 pieces. Extremely frustrated. Now I have to try and cancel other orders. Avoid at all costs. You can’t trust them to have items even though they advertise they do.

I never leave negative reviews, but this situation really floored me. Overstock denied this review, so it's clear all their great reviews are filtered through now. We ordered large desks for our home office that have been nothing but a headache. They arrived banged up with dents and scratched throughout. (Not damaged in shipping specifically, just packed poorly!) Over two weeks later back and forth with Overstock and their third party seller and we're no closer to a return, replacement, or refund. Large gaps in communication, Overstock isn't stepping in even when we tried calling instead of emailing with documentation. I'm pretty frustrated at this point. First impressions beyond the damage: metal legs are sleek as expected; wood laminate is not lighter and more linear grained as pictured, but looks like school tables instead. Update: No option with shipping estimate for damaged pieces. I just wanted replacement parts and they wouldn't commit to being able to ship them. Offered future discount (no thanks) Offered refund if we pay return shipping! Shipping costs almost as much as the desks. I've gotten some great things from Overstock, but this was a big miss and it's clear customer service is lacking. We'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
