I was looking to purchase an outdoor daybed. They had it in two colors gray and teal. The teal is $170 more. I used Overstock's questions/answer section to ask why - 3 times. Each time I go back and check my question has been removed. Not sure why there is that much of a discrepancy.

I received a slipcover that was the wrong color, not what was described or was shown on the website. Not my fault, but still, Overstock.com charged me $20!!! for a return shipping label. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Outstanding - They were wonderful. I had a horrible problem with a wall bed with cabinets on each side. They worked with me for weeks to get the problems solve. The company, Bestar, sent boxes with broken and missing parts. Every time I got a delivery it was wrong. And a customer service would call to check. They took care of everything for me. Finally, Overstock even returned some of my money. Best service ever.

The purchase item was much smaller than the impression from the advertisement. You have to pay for the return of the product. On line ordering for quality products are difficult, its better to see it in person.

Online een spiegel besteld. Levering na 4 maanden. Bij het openen merkten we krassen op het glas en beschadiging aan het frame. Reactie van Overstock is dat de productie van dit item voor het merendeel handwerk is, om de "vintage" look te verkrijgen. Het vertoont dus geen productiefouten, terwijl er duidelijke krassen op het glas zichtbaar zijn. Voor een slijtagelook moet het schuurpapier op het kader zijn en niet op het glas. We zouden deze kunnen retourneren op eigen kosten. Wat betekent dat de kostprijs van de transportkosten bijna even duur zijn als de spiegel! Klantenservice reageert steeds met de zelfde reactie. Absurd en zeer slechte service!!! Voor het retourneren zou je op zijn minst het artikel van 140 x 90 cm moeten kunnen binnenbrengen in een dichtstbijzijnde winkel!

Overstock is the online dump. They sell broken merchandise then claim the broken merchandise is from another co that they are dealing with..they give you all my kinds of excuses not to repay you in Don't buy from this company they are doing fraud ...report your problem to the proper authorities report fraud and report to the attorney general's office dont let anyone get away with ripping you off.

** Update!! Overstock came through...they refunded my money as they took full responsibility. They also "gave" me the headboard and rails (the problem is that they sent the incorrect footboard). So I am now totally happy! I will try them again but IF YOU EVER NEED TO ORDER AN OVERSIZED ITEM ALWAYS TAKE THE STEPS I MENTION BELOW. So unhappy with Overstock! BEWARE!! Overstock does NOT COMMUNICATE regarding making additional delivery arrangements because the item is oversized. There is no phone number to call or chat with them in the App. The status just says "In Transit" making you assume it is back ordered. I had to find a customer service number on Google to contact Overstock, that's crazy! Then when i receive the bed is a bait and switch! They sent the incorrect color for the footboard. I speak with customer support about the debacle and they DONT OFFER anything for my troubles except $50 off $300 purchase! Joke! Then they tell me, "by the way the bed is out of stock and we don't know if your part is available. It will take another 2 days to let you know." Ridiculous! I will NEVER order from Overstock again! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! I wish it could be ZERO STARS!!!

I ordered a table and chairs from Overstock and they didn’t apply the coupon so i called to have them credit the difference of what i paid and what i should have paid with the coupon. i called and they said i would have to cancel the order and reorder but it was too late. they wouldn’t credit me. i then texted customer service for help and again no help. they offered a small refund when all i wanted was the coupon amount which they wouldn’t give me. never again
