We will never purchase from them again. Order the sink vanity. Needed to have plumbing moved in the wall in order to install. After the installation the wall was supposed to be tiled. We obviously can't do anything until the sink gets here which is now he lost and overstock just says that now they will go ahead and put a claim in with UPS. We asked him to expedite the new one so that we can continue our project. All they say is they cannot expedite anything. That we should just file the claim. Customer service is lacking in ability to help anyone.

Never again! I ordered six dining chairs and they said they'd arrive by September 4th. My guests were arriving September 9th. I've now been told they will ship on the 9th, so no chance they will be here in time. My feeling is that they promised the 4th to get me to purchase with no intention of meeting that time frame. Now they tell me it was just an estimate. Too late, I'll never buy from Overstock again.

I cancelled my order but they only cancelled purchased warranty, I had to pay $79 to return it, disgusted and will never purchase from here again.

My wife and me order patio furniture, when the package's arrived they were in bad shape. The instructions and hardware were not in the boxes. we have tried to call and email the company several times and have not had any response. This is unacceptable and we will not order from the company again.

If I could give a zero I would. First purchase, need to return same day it arrived. I was told I am unable to get a full refund because they are charging me $36 for a return label. Every other company prints them for free and they pick up at your house. Not overstock! So to avoid the $36 label I have to take store credit but they still charge you for returning item. It gets better it's a 12 ft rug and there is no way to repackage it so she told me to go buy packaging materials at Uhaul or painters drop cloth at a hardware store. She even said to use SARAN WRAP! So I asked once it's all packaged then they'll pick it up off my front porch? Nope, then I have to somehow fit a 12ft carpet in my car which won't fit and go to the UPS store and pay them another fortune for another label and shipping costs. Then I was advised that if it gets damaged during shipping I do no get refund and may be charged up to $150 to $695. If you buy a pillow that Costs 25 dollars and need to return that pillow you will essentially be paying them about $50 and no pillow. Let that sink in! I can't believe anyone uses this sh#t scam company! I will have to sell the rug myself to get my money back! $ 250 rug I can't even use! They suck! Oh and to add insult to injury just saw same damn rug cheaper elsewhere! Oh and now just realized I joined some "O" club without my knowledge which costs you $21.00 to join?? Who would do that? Now I have to figure out how to cancel this too!! I'm sure they'll charge you for canceling that too!

Don’t order anything from them. Two outdoor chairs came and I said they were plastic not wicker and wanted to return them. They said it would cost over $50 to return them. Customer service is awful. Will never buy another thing from them
