Sold me fake Gucci dive watch have all the papers to prove it . Not only was there no apology they didn’t even give me back my credits I earned or pay for returned postage or acknowledge the error. And they still sell them but I have reported to consumer affairs counterfeit addition . If you bought any watch especially Gucci just call Gucci and have them run serial number. I loved my watch until I sent into Gucci for repair and they told me it was a fake . Fakes cost about 50-100 to produce and then sell them for 900 . Watch masters is the supplier . I’m sure it’s happening wide spread .

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I purchased a small area rug that didn’t look like it did in the photo. After I returned it, they charged me so much in shipping, that I only received a small portion of what I paid for the rug...a total ripoff! It was a $37.00 purchase, and I only received $6 in return. Had I known, I would have given it away.

Ordered 6 items to never arrived .customer service was no help they ripped me off of a 100.00. The emails said I needed ro file a lost mail claim the tracking num ers they gave me are fake and do not go with the ups? Local post office? Nor Fed x . This company sucks I spent over 20 hours on the phone talking to them nothibg happened they sent me an email saying resolves because I should track it my self with out any tracking numbers .I am a nurse this was my forst fay off in 20 days I spent it being treated like trash and being ripped off . I have made fliers with what they disi to me and qe are placing them all o er the hospital the grocery stores all local shopping centers. I also filed a claim with the better business agency they said this not the forst claim about them doing such . My advice pay alottle more buy local theses people steal

If I could get a negative rating I would. Customer service is terrible. You are told something different Everytime. We have been waiting for a refund on an item we never got. The shipper they used lost one of the boxes for the item, but they still wanted to deliver it! We refused the order and wanted a refund. They first said we would be hit with a restocking fee. Really? A restocking fee for an order they screwed up and lost a part. Once I got them to forgo this, they told me I had to wait three days so they could do a search for the missing item. Why? That is an issue between the shipper and Overstocks. I was guaranteed a refund by 9/24. It is the 25th, no refund and no explanation why. Never order anything from this company. If you have to pay little more at another site do it. I would recommend Amazon.

I ordered a rug. The quality was so poor and the photograph didn't correspondent with the actual weave of the rug. They did not accept the return unless I paid over $80 to return. Overstock doesn't accept the fact that with online business, customers don't have access to actually see the item in person. Therefore, they should be very precise in how they feature and describe their items online.

I ordered a set of 2 night stands, they only sent one and I had to argue with them over the phone to get them to understand the order was a SET OF 2, don't waste your time ordering from this site, yea the prices are cheap but you'll end up paying the difference in your time because they obviously have uneducated warehouse workers who can't read the orders

Order a oak nightstand n dresser they send me some truffle I clearly order oak they gonna tell me the picture they sent to my email was a display anybody with common sense would let you know we don’t have the oak instead you sent me some ugly garbage that I wouldn’t recommend to no one yes they are shady n unprofessional I will never order from them again they suck real bad I will be returning dis piece of garbage

I placed an order around 7am and around 10 am I realized that my husband found something similar at the store and got it.. I sent an email right away requesting the order to be cancelled, got an answer right away telling me that the order was sent to the warehouse and that they will try.. two hours later I get an answer saying that even that the order was not shipped yet can’t be canceled so I will have to wait to get it, request a cancellation and once approved ship the item back at my own cost…. Seriously? What a waste of time and money. I will never buy from this place again.
