The item I ordered ( took two hours + to put it together ) looked just like the picture so I was very happy about that. Quality of the item is very good too..enjoying finding things to put on the new shelves in the bedroom!

Tracking never updated correctly rug was folded and then folded over not rolled so it’s taking forever to lay flat the center line is the worse.

Arrived quickly, and the futon is beautiful and easy to put together for one person. Would order again.

I received my rug Friday and today Sunday we opened it and it's nasty, looks used and faded. I will never purchase anything from Overstock again. I spent alot of money on this rug for it to be nasty and used. I will be disputing this charge.

The pieces of wood on the item don’t match up - so there are weird edges where the wood doesn’t come together at the corners. It is not similar to what was pictured. Looks way cheaper.

I ordered 4 chairs for a dinner party, specifically ordering from Overstock because it said that the items would be delivered the day before the party… Well, the party was yesterday and the tracking? Well, it hasn’t updated since 5 days ago and is “waiting for carrier pickup.” Don't make promises you can’t keep, Overstock.
