Great products, fair prices, and great communication
I had a great experience with Overstock.com. I purchased a lamp and a ceiling fan, both of which were high quality and reasonably priced. The items arrived quickly, the communication throughout the process was excellent, and I am very happy with my purchases. I would definitely recommend them.

The cancellation process is horrible
Less than 24 hours later, I attempted to cancel this order via online and they were unable to cancel it despite it having not been shipped out yet. Then when I called to cancel it Phone, still not have been shipped yet, they said I would have to return the item once it gets there plus I would have to pay for shipping.

The console table I bought was missing…
The console table I bought was missing ALL the hardware. Now waiting to get it from China in about 2 weeks! So frustrating when I ordered it to be shipped within a few days. Now I have to wait. Hopefully the missing pieces actually make it to me. Won’t use Overstock again.

Not worth it
This was not easy to put together. And it turned out horrible! Dont buy it its not worth it!
