Absolutely horrible jewelry quality. Bought a ring, stone fell out after 1 week, managed to find it and return it. After they reassured me it was an anomaly, I reordered another, after wearing it a dozen times, it completely rusted through with brown blotches all over, and now wont refund because its been over 30 days lol. It was fake silver, fake gold. please save your money and look elsewhere.

My $1200 order was cancelled automatically with no explanation.

Horrible customer experience! Ordered a chair that was supposed to be delivered 4-5 days after. It's now been a week, and the status is still in "processing"! I've called to get an update, and well... the representative tells me she has no idea where the chair is, why it's still in the warehouse, and they don't really know what's going on! Now I worry I've overpaid for something that's not even going to come or if it does it's damaged from the lack of care. I won't be buying again from overstock..

Overstock comforter recently purchased is total garbage. It feels like it’s stuffed with a single bag of cotton balls and the color looks yellow rather than cream. More expensive than any other site and returns are nearly impossible. Don’t trust them!

On April 10, 2022, I ordered a Transolid granite sink from Overstock because the price was fair and most importantly, the listing stated that it would be delivered on April 13. I had it shipped to my parents’ home halfway across the country, as I planned to travel there and install their new sink/faucet. It was crucial that the new sink arrive on time. I checked order status daily and it was “Processing.” On April 13, status changed to “Delayed,” and estimated delivery was “Awaiting Tracking Update.” I reached out to Overstock and chatted with Brett, who informed me that it takes 6-10 business days for the order to be shipped. When I asked him why the product page listed 04/13 as delivery date, he used a lot of words to say, “Oh, it was just a date, not a promise.” I pointed out to Brett that this is not how other online retailers operate. He was unmoved. I said I would wait a few days for a sign of progress. The order status remained unchanged until 04/16, closing the window when I could order a sink from another source and have it arrive on time. I tried to cancel the order online, and the cancellation was not accepted, so I again reached out to Overstock and chatted with Silvia. When I told her I wanted to cancel the order, she used a lot of words to say, “The order has been accepted by our ‘partner’ and you can’t cancel.” I replied that if she didn’t cancel willingly, I would cancel forcibly by calling my bank. She replied that I would receive a cancellation confirmation via email in 1-2 days. After further research, I’ve learned that Overstock is a virtual storefront for goods it owns and sells, as well as goods sold by 3rd parties. Unlike “The Big A” and other online retailers, which are transparent about who is selling the item you order and who is fulfilling your order, Overstock is opaque about those factors. So, if you’re up for ordering stuff from mysterious vendors who may or may not ship what you want whenever they feel like it, Overstock is for you. Personally, I prefer doing business where reliability and accountability are part of the equation.

Overstock a scam. We ordered a table & from the picture & price we assumed it was solid wood. NOT even close. It was laminate glued together and some spots repaired with wood glue. The bottom shelf was pieces of laminate put together like a puzzle. Sub standard & not close to anything in any furniture store for that price. If our return is approved we get to pay for the freight. Definitely a scam.

Wanpraktijken, laat jullie niet vangen mensen! Ze kijken eerst op de computer en zeggen dat het uit voorraad een week later geleverd kan worden. Kijk echter goed de papieren na voor je betaald, want daar stond op in productie, wat zogezegd bij hun niet geweten was! Het bedrag dat we al betaald hebben krijgen we pas terug binnen 10 dagen!!!! Wanpraktijken ten top, SCHANDALIG!

The website has been updated. They don’t sell clothes anymore. None of the prices are a bargain or, for that matter, a good deal. The Club O is useless so keep your money. Avoid.
