OvERSTOCK.COM SOLD ME A COUNTERFEIT WATCH I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Overstock.com in June of 2020 with a 2 year warranty. The watch needed a repair in Oct of 2021. I was instructed to send the watch directly to Tag Heuer for service. I overnighted the watch and 3 days later I received an email from Tag Heuer informing me that the watch was COUNTERFEIT and they would not provide any repairs. I contacted Overstock to discuss getting an AUTHENTIC Tag Heuer replacement watch. It was truly the worst service I have ever encountered. They jerked me around with unhelpful emails, delays and passed the buck for months offering me nothing at all to correct the situation or compensate me for this horrible experience. I got nothing but lip service from start to finish. I was told that they would provide a credit for the original purchase price and NO credit for the 1 1/2 years of interest I had paid on a COUNTERFEIT watch. They gave me absolutely nothing. I had to buy another watch in a style I didn't want and had to beg for a measly discount. I ordered the new watch on March 7th, 2022. After waiting over 3 weeks for the new watch, Low and behold, the watch I had selected was mysteriously going to take 16 weeks to get. This situation was never escalated to anyone with authority to make it right. I made a terrible decision buying from Overstock and will never use them again. Worst company I dealt with, period

I gave it three stars because I really liked the product that I ordered from overstock.com, but the item was delivered damaged and I literally had to run from post to post after submitting my request for a replacement. The communication was broken and there is no ownership from Overstock.com to resolve the issue and you are being left at the mercy of the vendor to get a resolution. I should have listened to some of the recent reviews of this vendor from other customers regarding the product quality and shipment issues.

I ordered a pretty sectional couch. Pretty big box I assume. For some reason I couldn't add on the: please deliver inside my place, don't leave it out in my front door. I've a condo and neighbors who won't be able to pass to go to their place. I called and I spoke into the phone...yes I approve the $ 10 charge extra to bring the boxes inside my place....like a fool. Because nobody could find it. I called Overstock numerous times, really didn't want to be fined by the HOA for hindering my neighbors to get in and wasn't in the position to bring the boxes in by myself. I called the trucking company and explained my dilemma and the scheduling company as well. My book was full of people I talked to. To manager to manager of manager. I finally had to cancel my order, I was fed up with the lack of NO HELP from the company that I've bought quite a few items, 1 four poster bed inclusded. Very disappointed. But it doesn't stop here. Since I CHANGED MY MIND.....THEY JUST COULDN'T ADMIT THEY WERE USELESS IN HELPING ME WITH JUST MAKING SURE I GET THE SOFA DELIVERED INSIDE.... I DON'T GET IT Anyway, now I was charged $143,- for the return. Now that isn't fair, I would have taken, WANTED the couch, but had no support from Overstock customer service. Then I get a letter that I need to pay $ 264,- return fee. What is going on there?????? I wrote a long letter in bullet point style. EVERYTHING CLEARLY MENTIONED AND DOCUMENTED, for instance that the manager April quoted me $ 143,- not $264,-. OMG !!!! The return email....can you let me know who quoted you this and name and time ? Are you for real or just not capable of reading English ?????? What a mess, many hours wasted and no couch, but $ 141 out the window. Now, whenever my friends and I looking for something, IMMEDIATELY WE BYPASS OVERSTOCK. Can I block the surge engine for them? Very disappointed in the unwillingness to help out and make a go off it that I could have the couch and they have a sale. And charging me $ 141 /DISGUSTING!!!!!!

I received my recliner as advertised, however, it was damaged. When instructed to take up the issue with the issuing company (Handy Living) rather than Overstock, I expected the worst. Contacted Handy Living (Rep:Karen). She could not have been better. Resolved the problem ASAP & I'm in my perfect recliner...Thank you!

I ordered a sofa from Overstock and received a cushion in a box..I payed almost $400 dollars for this and now I'm getting the run around

I ordered a beautiful comforter set from Overstock Canada and the payment came out of my account almost immediately. A few days later, I check the tracking and find that they've cancelled the order because their Loss Prevention Department couldn't verify my order. What the heck does that mean? Loss Prevention? The payment had already gone through! Upon further inspection, I see they did refund my payment a few days after I'd placed the order but neglected to tell me they'd cancelled it. When I contacted Customer Service to inquire, they responded saying that the verification issue was resolved so I could re-order now. I did that. The very next day, same thing happened: the Loss Prevention Department can't verify my order so they've cancelled it. Verify what? They already have the payment. Why don't they just admit that: 1) They don't have the comforter; 2) they have it but can't ship it to Canada; or 3) they're just collecting people's personal information and credit card numbers and have no intention of sending me the comforter - ever. Based on the MANY poor reviews here, I think someone needs to investigate this company. They sound like a huge scam.

I've bought 10 products from Overstock over a period of 5 years. The site often makes it appear that you are getting a great discount, but if you check for that item at other sites, it's often the same price. My concern is that I recently bought some bar stools (6 in total), one of them had a defective part that prevented the stool from being assembled. I asked Overstock for a replacement of the stool, and they said they would have to locate a replacement for the defective part, not replace the stool. The prices aren't that great, and if you run into a defective item like I did, you are subject to their discretion to make things right. Not so pleasant when there's a problem.

The person who said returns are a nightmare was not joking. Bought 500 dollars worth of drapes. Despite the fact the drapes were described as linen color but the lining was gray! Sent them back. Weeks they said they were at the dock. Not checked in yet. Then I could only get an instore credit. Even though I purchased other drapes from them. Once they get your money you can't get it back no matter what the issue is.
