I ordered a dual-time watch that arrived a few days before it was projected to arrive. The watch is beautiful and practical.

Quick delivery, no problems with area rug/ rubber backed pad makes it plush. Rug is nicer than expected, tho' color (Ivory/red) is slightly lighter than in some pictures online, but it works in my living room.

I have in the past purchased rugs on Overstock and never have I’ve been disappointed! Great selection, great prices and delivery is free or at a very nominal price. Website is easy to navigate and the sales that come a few times a year are very reasonable.

I would have given 5 stars, but the original delivery was to happen before a new mattress arrived. Due to problems, the shipping date was 3 days after they stated... Son had to sleep on the floor for 3 days until the frame arrived. Not a big deal, but even when delivery date passed, Overstock stated that it should have been delivered the day before. I had no idea on delivery and had to call specifically to get it corrected. The product itself was of excellent quality and gave extras in hardware incase something broke or was lost. Finish is excellent as well!!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are actively reviewing our delivery communication processes. We are, however, very pleased to learn that the product itself met your expectations in terms of quality, hardware, and finish. Your positive feedback on the item's craftsmanship is valuable to us.

When I ordered my rug it said the estimated delivery date was Friday the 11th. When I clicked on the link of my status it said that I hadn't ordered anything yet and the rug was out of stock. So I had to wait till 10:00 a.m. in order to call and find out that in fact the order did go through but it won't be delivered until the 14th. Very frustrated because I could have ordered this rug from Home Depot and had it delivered much quicker.

The product was nicely crafted. But hardware and instructions not included. However we did receive the required hardware 5 days later after I called customer service.
