Was surprised to order the product on a Sunday and then on Monday it was already on its way! It's supposed to arrive on Wednesday- nice, very nice.

Our chair pads arrived much quicker than we expected and the color was exactly as represented on the website. The material feels quality and the pillows are plush and well padded. I satisfied with the purchase and will be back.

Late, pictures don’t look like actual item, difficult to return item. Never using overstock again. I can “return” it within 30 days but I have to pay for return shipping; and for a rug, that would cost hundreds of dollars to return and customer being responsible to pay for shipping fee.
Response from Overstock.comSep 9, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery, and return difficulties. You can return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
