I had a hard drive that got damaged. This drive contained about 1TB of photos that were so important to me that I really needed to have them recovered. I went on line to look for a company that does recovery and found that Outsource did and seem to be very successful at the recovery process. I called them and talked to Alex and he said that if I mailed the drive to the company that he would look at it. If it was impossible to recovery my pictures that I would only be charged a small fee to determine if it was possible. I thought this was fair. He was successful so I paid the higher predetermined recovery fee. It was worth the fee to get all my photos back. I would highly recommend Outsource Data Recovery to retrieve files form a damaged hard drive. They did an excellent job, were fast and the price was good.

I managed to destroy my Samsung Note4 when I spilled a full travel mug of coffee inside a tote holding my phone. The entire process was just amazing! Beginning with initiating a work order, to the hand holding that Alex offered me regarding my options for data recovery and what to expect, to and including the rescuing of all of my data followed by the provision of the data in an easy to download zip file that I seamlessly moved to my replacement Note7--all of it, just amazing. Alex is patient and obviously knows his stuff. I never plan on ruining another phone, but if you do--CALL THESE GUYS!

Alex, is very good at returning your phone calls and answering your questions. The shipping rates are a bit high.

Not sure about sending my hard drive... was assured by Alex the that it would be taken care of with speedy service. PCB board was bad replaced the PCB board with a donor and removed the bio chip from the old board installed onto the donor PB works perfect.

I didn't like how expensive it was for recovery. I do however acknowledge that I couldn't do it myself. So i felt that i was not in a position to negotiate. During my time of evaluating if I wanted them to do the work they sent out a Memorial Day offer to save 20% which i was able to take advantage of. So we settled on a price and the work of recovery began. When the recovery was complete they sent an email for me to select how I wanted the data sent back to me. I didn't realize that this would happen. I would have liked to understand that the price of recovery did not include a way to get my data back to me. The last experience is that i still do not have my new drive. There was a mix up in shipping. I opened the box and a few days later got a message that i was shipped the wrong drive. I did not plug in the new drive and i hope the other client didn't open mine but I will never know!

Sent in dead HDD, came back fixed! A+ service and great communications. Will be using again in the future.

I felt they were a little expensive. I had no idea what they had to do. they did do it fast. They did not tell me how to find the saved items on the new exterior hard drive, so it was trial and air. Very scary!!!!!!!!! All and all it was a good experience.

Perfect repair oft my drive that saves me hundreds hours of work. The price including shipping was less than the prince of a new empty drive. Thank you!
