Followup was fantastic.
They were easy to work with, and worked quickly for the service level I was paying for. Alex called me at every step of the recovery process to make himself available if I had any questions. I did not have questions, as the email correspondence was very thorough and concise. I work with computer hardware, so I was able to understand what was happening on a tech level, but I'm sure if there was something I did not understand, Alex would have been able to help. Top notch service, and if I ever need recovery services again, they are at the top of my list.

Got my drive working again
The board on the hard drive went bad and I didn't have any identical drives with that board to swap out. Outsource to the rescue. They had the board and installed it on my drive and shipped it back pronto. I will use them again if needed.

Fantastic and great responses
I needed a controller card for my hard drive. I got one. It didn't work and I asked them about it. They explained how it needed to be programmed. I sent them the drive and card and they got it programmed. I might need to have the data recovered as I have been unable to myself, but I know I will trust my drive with them to do it!

Outstanding Service / Great work, great results, and great communication from Heather!
One of my photographers removed a card while the camera was still writing. I lost 1700 photos and would have to refund several customer. In addition I would have lost other revenue. Outsource recovered all 1700 and my customers were thrilled. This resulted on several other purchases after the recovery. GREAT JOB 250% positive! Bob C WNC Photo

Great service, Easy to work with and was very helpful.
Alex was extremely easy to work with. They got the project done in the time frame needed and apart from a small misunderstanding on the fees, everything was great!

Fixed My Drive In No Time
I found out about them through their partners, DonorDrives. I went online and put in a work order for my failed drive. I had it shipped on Monday. They received it Wednesday at noon. They proceeded with diagnostics. Thursday morning they presented me with the options to repair my drive. I chose and paid. They finished fixing the drive that afternoon and had it shipped at the same evening. The drive arrived on Saturday. Plugged it in and the drive spins and I am able to read the data off the drive. Thank goodness! I didn't have to go through the process of spending thousands like other vendors. These guys definitely know what they're doing!
