This was the first time I used a data …
This was the first time I used a data recovery service for personal data loss. I was pleased with the service, communication and results. Price was higher than I would have liked (for a average consumer like me) - but compared to other services, they seem quite fair. When you need your data, you need your data. Back up now!!!

Awesome service and turnaround
I sent my non-working HDD in and a few days later I received a call from them saying that they repaired it and passed their tests. It didn't even spin when I sent it in. I received the drive back and it worked perfectly. I was able to get all of the data off including irreplaceable pictures. I would use them again an definitly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!

I had a hard drive that failed with …
I had a hard drive that failed with damage to the PCB. I did some research online and also had a local company look at the drive. After getting their repair estimate of $500.00-$1500.00, I decided to try the PCM swap option that Outsource Data Recovery offered. I opened a ticket and sent the drive in. I received notification when the drive arrived, was contacted about the repair a day or two later (I did not request expedited service) and the board was replaced and shipped back. They held true to their $60.00 + shipping quote. I was very pleased with the service I received.
