Difficult Data Recovery, RAID 0 SSDs
My data recovery situation was more difficult than usual because my SSDs were configured in a RAID 0 and the firmware on one SSD had failed. Since this was a more difficult recovery, the cost was more than I expected but after researching the cost I came to the conclusion it was fair. Outsource Data Recovery was transparent with the estimate and Alex answered all my technical questions about the recovery process. Overall I'm satisfied Outsource Data Recovery and learned an expensive lesson to always back up my data (I knew better but kept putting it off).

A service you can trust
Chris really helped me out enormously with my raid 5 array. 4 disks had their boards damaged due to overvoltage so Chris and his team found some donor boards as replacements. When I received them back, I powered them up again and everything was working perfectly! All my data was still accessible and I'm one happy customer :) Great service, communication and all at a fair price. Thank you very much for your help.
