Extremely satisfied. Although I had the free diagnosis option which could take up to 72 hours to complete, it only took 24 hours as originally advertised and was repaired during the analysis, so I did not have to wait another 1 to 5 days for the repair. They were able to do it for only $60 which was definitely worth it for all the priceless photos I had originally lost. Recommend 100%

If you really want your data back, these are the guys that can do it. I don't have any doubt. However, I will add that their pricing model is based heavily on how urgently the customer needs their data back. If you want the lowest price, be prepared to wait 3 weeks overall (including shipping, receiving, evaluation, no weekend work, actual data recovery time, shipping back). For $90 additional, you can change a 3-day evaluation period into 2 hours or so (which means you are cutting in line). For $300 additional, you get immediate (except weekends) work on your drive instead of 1-2 weeks of waiting for results. Because I am sending customer drives (we do computer service but not data recovery), this pricing model effectively becomes my pricing model - my customer sees ME charging that. Historically, we provide prompt service to our customers at no extra charge. So, this is a surprise when I have to explain how this works. I understand it but it still leaves a bad taste in my customer's mouth. It feels a bit like charging extra to get the fire department to come NOW. If you can wait until tomorrow, they can put your fire out for half price. Disney used to kick line cutters out of the park. Now they charge extra and invite you to cut in line. These guys aren't alone - other firms do the same thing. I just personally don't like it. All that being said, they will still get my next customer's failed drive. I'll just have to explain the pricing model before sending it out. It all boils down to success.
