Outsource Data RecoveryReviews of outsourcedatarecovery.com

I'm very happy with the service and I feel that it was affordable. To give perspective on this, I was quoted double to three times the cost at several other companies. And it wouldn't have been worth it to me at those higher prices. I would have just let the files go and started over, which could have been difficult and time consuming. However, Outsource Data Recovery made it financially reasonable and possible for me to get almost all my files back. Out of nearly 1200 files I only lost 2 minor files. Everything else was recovered. That's very impressive. It took a few weeks for the job to be completed, but you can choose to pay extra if you need a faster turn-around time. I will use this company in the future if this ever happens to me again. And I'll never again store so many important files on an SD Card in my Android Tablet! I've learned my lesson.....

Outsource Data Recovery was able to fully recover the files on my failed 2TB WD MyBook USB Drive. I fully recommend their services based on my experience. The only suggestion that I would make for future customers is that the return media provided be in a widely compatible OS format. Mine was returned with a USB drive formatted as exFAT, a format not recognized by some non-MS OS's without paying for a MS license to access it. When finalizing your transaction with ODR be sure to specify the format of the media drive that is returned to you and it will save you a lot of trouble; FAT32 or NTFS for Windows systems, not sure about the format for Apple. All that being said, I am grateful to have my data back and will definitely recommend ODR's services, however I hope I never have to use them again :).

Very efficient excellent communiation and fast turnaround

Chris Weeden and staff were most helpful in recovering my lost storage files, even offering me a discounted price. The files were recovered well, and my storage drive returned promptly. I would recommend Outsource to others.

Service was very good. Status reports were very helpful. Results were outstanding. However there was one problem...We don't receive mail at our house. Because we don't know how a package will be shipped to us (UPS, Fedx, or USPS) we have to put our street address and PO box number in the shipping address. That printed fine on your invoice that was enclosed inside the package we received, but the shipping on the outside only had the street address. Most of the time the post office will return a package with no box number. Only because we live in a small community and the post master know us, he just happened to see our package and redirect it to our po box, other wise it was all set to be returned. Why wasn't the shipping label the same as the shipping address you had for us?

Great! They were very direct and responsive in their communication. Their costs were totally transparent and I got my drive fixed in a week for under $100. I could not be happier.

We had a dead Seagate 3TB drive. They repaired vs recovered. Saved us a ton of money. Excellent service and turn around. Would definitely recommend this to others and I'm sure we will need them again.

Helped recover sensitive data in a fairly timely manner
