I stayed in the cabin Afternoon Delight. It was amazing. Great view, very cozy and clean. I would of stayed in the cabin the entire week we were there instead of going out. Great location also. Everything is a couple minutes or 15 minutes away. I am definitely planning my next trip soon.

Very nice clean and comfortable I think we had one thing we thought it needed was a few pieces of fire wood for the fire place as most cabins have a gas fire place though not a real complaint they done a excellent job with a special request I had them do Thank You

Thank you for your review. If you stay with us in the future we do have firewood at the office where you check in. Glad you enjoyed our cabin.

Cabin was nice and the view was beautiful, but the beds were horrible and had no support. 2nd floor bathroom shower head and toilet leaked. And there were a lot of stick bugs in the cabin. My husband must have killed about 50 of them in the last three days we were there, office said it was due to the warm weather.

We try to minimize the insects in the cabin with monthly pest control but some bugs do get in the cabins from time to time. As far as the bedding, I will relay the review to management and hopefully this can be replaced as needed. We hope this doesn't deter you from staying with us in the future.

Loved the cabin, was very clean with nice views of downtown Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the hot tub, two decks and game room. The master bedroom was beautiful. Biggest disappointment was the two faux fireplaces that just blow out heat from a top vent and the two king beds were very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well at all. Also, didn't appreciate that calling the office when checking out wasn't mentioned to us, but only in print. Good thing we read the paperwork. A decent stay, just really need to upgrade the fireplaces and mattresses.

Hi Tim, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, none of our cabins in the Starr Crest Resort have a wood burning fireplace. If this is something you are interested in you can look at any of our cabins in the Country Pines Resort which all feature an authentic fireplace.

Loved the location, but the bedding needs to be replaced badly. The up stairs mattress was very dirty, and as usual the linens didn't seem clean and the fitted sheets never fit!!! I just feel that a little more effort needs to be put in to the cleaning. After all we all pay for the service. Other than that, we love Starrcrest resort, and we have rented from Outrageous 4 times now and will most likely be back!!!

Hi Tammy, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Management will be informed of your feedback and hopefully we can get the bedding in this cabin replaced if needed. If you ever need extra sheets or bedding you are more than welcome to pick up fresh sets at the office.

Clean, spacious, and wonderful views. We stay and average of 4-5 times a year and Outrageous cabins is the only cabin company we will rent from when we go to the Smokies.

The low mark is because this cabin isn't listed accurately. It's a 2 bedroom plus a loft space with a bed. This makes a difference if the person in the loft doesn't want to be woken up by people in the kitchen or living room. You shouldn't call something a 3 bedroom if it doesn't have 3 actual bedroom. Cabin was clean, check it in and out was fine.

Sorry for the confusion. I will contact the person who manages our website and get the description updated to make the layout more clear. You can always contact us before you book to assure you don't have any issues in the future. Thank you for the feedback and we hope this doesn't stop you from staying with us again.
