Outrageous cabins terrible customer service!
We have been staying with outrageous cabins for years but not anymore. We rented cabin this last weekend and noticed an old dried blood stain on our sheets. We called the office for a new set, 8hrs later still no clean sheets and had to call again. Talk to the manager today and she said she thought the stain was created by us. Why would I make this up? My husband and are full time professionals and have no motive to make this up. Just thought we deserved cleaning charge back since we had to sleep with stain the first night without knowing it was present. Working in healthcare I know the risk of blood borne pathogens. Worst customer service!! Follow up to your reply. I NEVER said the stain could have been mine and there was not blood stain tissues in our bathroom. Why would I make the phone call in the first place if I thought it was from us? What lies!! By the way we took all the trash out right before we left. If I was going to make up a story up like this I sure wouldn’t left evidence. Geez. This is so disheartening. We visit Pigeon forge multiple x per year and stayed in all the major cabin companies including yours often. You can look at our record and call the rest and see we’ve never had a compliant until now. This is not about a partial refund, trust me we don’t need one. It all about the lies you are accusing us of. I can’t believe this. Shame on you and your staff!! I’ll pray for you all!!

Valued Guest, First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the concerns and frustrations this past visit has caused you. We strive to create a pleasant and stress-free experience for our guests and we sincerely regret that your stay did not meet those expectations. Please understand that there were several factors, which were not mentioned in your review, that assisted with our final thoughts on the situation. After checking in on Friday and not realizing the blood on the sheets until Saturday morning, when calling our office to request new sheets for your bed, it was also mentioned to our representative that the blood on the sheets could have been yours or the guest prior. Regardless, we absolutely were going to accommodate you with new sheets and apologize they weren't brought to you immediately upon your request, however, they were brought to you well before the time you would have needed them to sleep on that night. When speaking with our representative later that afternoon, you confirmed that you were out and about, so it did not affect your plans for the day. Now once we were able to swap the sheets, my housekeepers treated the sheets shortly after receiving them, with an almost immediate lift of the stain, without even having washed them yet, which only leads us to assume that the stain was a fresh stain, as well as the fact that the blood on the sheets was a very bright shade of red and not dark as it would look like if it was an existing stain from a previous guest, which makes it even less probable considering the most recent guest to have stayed in the cabin was roughly a week before your arrival, meaning that stain would have been very dark in color and would not have lifted easily, especially without being washed, and that would be if it would have lifted at all by that time. Lastly, upon your departure, as our housekeepers were cleaning your cabin, they noticed several pieces of tissue paper in the bathroom garbage with blood stains that matched the ones on the stained sheets. At this point, it is very clear to conclude that this was very unlikely a housekeeping error, however, even after all of the contradictions between your words and our findings, we did still offer a partial refund of the cleaning fee to you because you have been a returning guest with us and we wanted to compensate you for your time with us, simply as a courtesy, as it truly saddens us when our guests don't have the best experience possible, however, your husband did decline our offer to compensate you for this incident. We hope this explanation offers a clear insight on our side of the situation and why we came to this resolution. Best Regards, Outrageous Cabins Staff
