LAMENTABLE Y NO RECOMENDABLE.

Two orders cancelled, first seemingly due to payment issues, they wanted to do a security check, but service is only available until 8-1pm (usual working hours for any employed person...). Second order cancelled probably due to out of stock. It sucks.

Non existent customer service. Will take your money and give you no information on your order. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. No sign of them and the UPS tracking number they provided does not exist on UPS system. Scammers

I am at a loss of what to do next. I bought 2 pairs of identical trainers in different sizes to return one pair afterwards. But it is impossible to return the second pair. The Returns code does not recognise my order, and I have emailed the help line multiple times. There is no phone number. I would be delighted if someone can help me!
