Estafadoresssssss cuidadoooo A mi me estafaron 80€

Zapatillas + pantalón, anulan el pantalón porque dicen que no hay, generan un retraso en la entrega pedido y UPS se desentiende y una vez en España lo devuelve sin más a pesar de contactar con ambos por mail y teléfono varías veces antes durante y después de entrar el pedido en España, pasan de todo. Asics mal y UPS peor.

Mala comunicación con el cliente,no pierdes tu dinero,pero no te informan bien y más sino estás ducho en las compras por internet Habían pasado el dinero que me habían cobrado en una tarjeta prepago otra vez a la tarjeta,pero no me lo supieron explicar la primera vez y estaba perdido,y esperando algo que ya estaba hecho En resumen se puede comprar pero las explicaciones y el contacto con el cliente no son las mejores

Bought two pairs of shoes in mid-June, paid with Visa. Package arrived at customs in Stockholm and I paid SEK 80 more. But what arrived in my mailbox was a necklace worth about SEK 25!! I could follow my "shoes" all the way, but there were no shoes. Fake site - NEVER buy and pay before you receive your goods.

Would put zero stars if I could! Placed an order July 17th. Shipped and money taken July 18th. Never arrived! Apparently there was an 'unexpected logistical issue' and it was being returned to the depot. However I have to wait for them to receive the parcel for me to get a refund! NOT MY FAULT. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Running Shirts and a pair of trainers ordered 3rd July, Arrived 19th July. Nothing wrong the the gear but 16 days????? Not so much of an email apology or a credit note or anything. Customer Service Zero Rating I'm afraid.

Very happy with my purchases. Running shorts and socks, genuine items at reasonable price. Lost a star because when I buy from a UK web-site, so titled, I don’t expect shipment from Germany and resultant 8 day delivery (not the worst but in todays market of next day/2-3 days etc - maybe should say so on web-site, which it might just I didn’t see anything!).
