Sehr sehr schlecht . Es stimmen weder die Versand Zeiten noch der Kundenservice welcher einfach nicht erreichbar ist. Unglaublich unzuverlässig. Entweder haben die ihre Mitarbeiter nicht im Griff oder Asics ist alles egal . Besser dort nichts bestellen Asics schafft es nicht Schuhe zu versenden . Dann kam am 9.04 diese Mail Ihre Bestellung befindet sich zurzeit in Bearbeitung in unserem Warenhaus. Aufgrund der Ostertage kommt es leider zu Verzögerung beim Versand. Wir geben unser Bestes, um Ihre Ware schnellstmöglich zu verschicken. Ich weiss ja nicht wann Asics Ostern feiert aber anscheinend ist da einfach nur eine Standart Mail kopiert und versendet worden . Sehr Armselig.

Recently placed online order for 2 pairs of trainers. When the order arrived, there was only one pair in the box. Tried to call asics customer services four times today, but apparently due to 'exceptional circumstances' they are not taking any calls, and two emails have gone unanswered; I assume that they think that if they ignore us - their customers - then we'll shut up and go away. Would give them no stars if I could. I would suggest that if you actually want to receive what you've paid for, you may prefer to shop somewhere where they still believe in customer care. Based on my experience, that certainly isn't Asics. Shame on you, Asics - you've made sure that you have my money, but I don't have what I've paid for. Does that bother you? Apparently not.

Commande passé le 1e avril, toujours pas expédiée le 4 ! J'ai envoyé un email il y a deux jours resté sans réponse et numéro du service client injoignable ils raccrochent !!! pitoyable ne commandez pas !

Placed order and it and it has said processing for the last 10 days. No response to my emails, sent three. no phone number contact. no PayPal so i don't know how to get a hold of them.

Det var med blandede følelser at jeg prøvede at bestille sko fra denne side. Men efter at have læst en anmeldelse omkring at folk forvekslede denne hjemmeside med en fake hjemmeside. Prøvede jeg at bestille. Jeg fik med det samme tilsendt mail med alle oplysninger på mit køb, samt oplyst den forventede tid mine sko skulle komme. Mine sko kom pænt og forsvarligt pakket og indenfor den forventede leveringstid. Har intet negativ at sige om denne hjemmeside.

Saw negative reviews so was nervous, but items all arrived very quickly and as ordered. Probably helped that we knew exactly what we wanted as are regular Asics wearers and know our sizes but will be using again.

0 out of 5. So far I have made two (or three 🤔) online complaints about my defective shoes and have only received acknowledgments of receipt. I have also posted on X but again zero response. So disappointing as I am a long time user of ASICS shoes, but clearly the customer service does not match the (usual) quality of the product itself ☹️
