Can't fault this company, the products are excellent and customer service also great! The cup of my nano started splitting, contacted the team and they sent me a new one straight out. Would recommend.

Liebes Outin Team!
Ich habe bei euch weit über 300 € ausgegeben und während alles auf zwei Pakete verteilt ist, ist ein Paket schon da und die zwei wichtigsten Dinge wie die outin Nano, und die Kaffeemühle fino hängen seit Wochen in Belgien fest? Ich fühle mich langsam Betrogen von Ihrem Unternehmen! Es kommt keine Rückantwort auf Anfragen, genauso warte ich seit vier Tagen auf ein Retourenschein von Ihnen.
Abgesehen von den Preisen die ihre Artikel haben und sie damit werben was für ein hochwertiges Unternehmen sie sind ist ihr ganzes Verhalten gegenüber dem Endkunden unterirdisch ich werde definitiv alles zurückschicken sobald die Ware angekommen ist, da ich mir nicht vorstellen kann und mag wie sie Reklamation/Garantie Fälle handhaben nämlich gar nicht.

Love the Mino, Claro could be better.
Got my Outin Mino Christmas set and Outin Claro. I like the shape of the Claro being circular and the function of the scale. A bit expensive for what it is and I dislike the thermal mat that sits on it as it is just loose and has no grip to the scale. The Mino I love for taking to work and having my coffee with it. Many people are interested in the device.

Alle Emails an euch werden nicht beantwortet. Ich finde das echt unterirdisch zumal die Dinge bei euch nicht billig sind. Wenn der Versand so professionell klappen würde wie eure Internetpräsenz, währt ihr super aber so nicht.

Outin Mino: A Game-Changer for Coffee on the Go
I’ve been using the Outin Mino for a while now, and I’m honestly amazed by how good this little machine is.
