Schlechter Support bei Rückgabe eines Geschenksets
Ich habe das Outin x Kruve Barista Geschenkset für 189,99 € gekauft und innerhalb der Rückgabefrist zurückgesandt, weil der Artikel der beschenkten Person nicht gefallen hat. Leider ist die gesamte Abwicklung der Rückgabe sehr enttäuschend.
Nachdem ich den Rücksendeprozess angestoßen hatte, erhielt ich zunächst keine klare Information zur Rücksendung. Stattdessen wurde mir nahegelegt, den Artikel doch zu behalten – verbunden mit einem 15‑€‑Preisnachlass. Da das Geschenkset aber nicht benötigt wurde, habe ich es zurückgesandt.
Im Anschluss erhielt ich über einen längeren Zeitraum keinerlei echte Rückmeldung vom Support. Stattdessen kamen immer wieder automatisch generierte E‑Mails wie:
“Dear Customer,
We are verifying the detailed tracking information with our logistics team.
We will notice you immediately once we received the feedback.
Thank you!”
oder
“We haven’t heard from you in a few days – this conversation will be auto‑closed without further activity. Just reply to this email if you still need help, and we’ll keep it open for you. If your earlier email hasn’t gotten a response, it might have landed in the spam folder. Simply reply here to keep the conversation active, and we’ll get back to you right away.”
Ich habe auf diese Nachrichten mehrfach geantwortet und jedes Mal erneut die DHL‑Sendungsnummer angegeben. Dennoch erhielt ich bis heute keine konkrete Auskunft zum Stand der Rückerstattung oder zur Bearbeitung meiner Rücksendung.
Seit dem 06.02.2026 warte ich nun auf die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises.
Da sich weiterhin nichts getan hat, habe ich inzwischen zusätzlich einen PayPal‑Käuferschutzantrag gestellt.
Das Produkt selbst ist hochwertig, aber der Support ist in meinem Fall leider unzuverlässig, langsam und wenig hilfreich.
Schade!

Un producto excelente, calidad en los materiales, tengo una Outin Mino y estoy muy contento y el cafe ya ni os cuento, prepare el cafe con capsula y tambien con cafe molido y es una pasada.
Recomiendo comprar tanto la cafetera como el molinillo.

Bought a nano basket plus and it does not fit my Outin espresso machine. I tried to return it and worked with their customer service only to be informed that I had the wrong outin and they do not allow returns. That is probably the worst policy I have ever heard of.

Best with Pods
Using Outin Mino at work when I'm stuck at desk, and sometimes on long car trips. Heating function is great, don't have to worry about battery when I can charge from the car or my laptop. I occasionally use ground coffee basket at home, but it's a time-consuming process to set up and to empty & clean afterwards - definitely pods anytime I'm out and about. Also need to carry a cloth to wipe down drips afterward, as you can't set it down if you're using the lid as a cup. Otherwise, pretty happy.
