Had been using one for a year that I bought on Amazon and encountered a circuit error out of nowhere. I contacted them directly and they were extremely nice and sent me a new one that is working perfectly fine! Very fast shipping as always and fast replies.

I've ordered several products from the Outin shop so far and I've experienced that each product is assembled very precisely. Whether it's a stand or an espresso set. Each product is high-quality. LattoGo also falls into this category, I've had a few frothers so far, but this is the best so far. The storage box is very good, it fits in a small space and there's room for a digital thermometer. It's really nice to hold the frother in your hand and feel the quality of the material. The foam can be made very quickly and will be like the one in a coffee shop. So far I've used the Subminimal NanoFoamer frother, but the LattoGo is much more practical and of higher quality. I'm happy with the quality products, I hope Outin doesn't lower this standard in the future.

Das Paket sei zurückgeschickt worden (keine Ahnung wohin) und sobald sie es zurück haben schicken sie es dann erneut an ihr Verteilzentrum um es dann irgendwann einmal an mich zu senden… best regards. Auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage wurde ich bisher nur vertröstet. Enttäuschend!

I have the Nano, Mino, and the Fino grinder by far the Nano is my work horse at home along with the Fino grinder. The Mino has been my on the go Espresso machine together paired with the Wacaco Exagrind (because of portability and mini ability). While the Mino is great, I feel it is only good for using pods. There is no adapter for for a larger basket, which would be great if they created one. The brewing process is too long to grind, heat, brew, repeat, and clean in between and at the end, all for one hefty expresso lungo. If you're looking for an espresso on the go you could not go wrong with either the Nano or Mino, but if you want an 18 or 20 gram shot (with the pressurized basket option), the the Nano is the way to go. By the way, there's an awesome case available that can support either machine.

I have vintage cars and it is amazing way to have a nice coffee on the road or whatever place you want. I have been using it for 8 months and never Chad and problem.
