This is the perfect hood we needed to keep our Ridgeback from eating the foxtails!

This is an amazing product. My dog got a foxtail in his nose which prompted an expensive veterinary visit to remove it safely. A friend recommended buying an Outfox to prevent recurrences. This product is well designed, my dog adapted to it within a couple of days. It is well made, and the service was also swift and friendly. I received the Outfox within a couple of days. I couldn't be happier.

I'm in Canberra, Australia. Our capital city, but reliant on post through Sydney. I ordered an outfox hood from the USA shop as they're all sold out in Australia and I need one for a 2-week trip to the remote outback, leaving next week 7 September. Only just discovered these so didn't know to order earlier. I ordered on Saturday afternoon (27 August) and paid for priority mail. Received an email confirmation to expect delivery on Monday 5 September. It was delivered Monday 29 August!!!! 2 days from the US to inland Canberra via Sydney!! How brilliant is that?! My pup really needs this. The outback is littered with tasty 1080 poison (Sodium fluoroacetate) that local authorities use to control mice plagues, feral cats, foxes, wild dogs, wild pigs etc. Then eagles etc pick up the baits and drop them where they shouldn't be. So many travellers' pets die a horrid death miles from help. Even on a leash there's a chance she'll be quicker than I'm able to stop her eating one. Also, if we accidentally come across any one of Australia's many types of deadly snakes she won't be able to bite it and may be offered some protection from a snake's head strike. And she won't be able to eat one of the many toxic creatures possibly washed up on a beach when having a legal off-leash run on the beach. Because #Australia! Love these masks. We have 2 Jack Russells and they are constantly with their noses to the ground. After 2 trips to Vet with foxtails before these masks was enough. Not a trip back to vet since. We keep spares on hand just in case.

The product came in the mail quickly. It is well made and sturdy. It is great!

I accidentally bought the wrong size for my dog and although you don't accept returns you made an exception for me and I so appreciate that now my puppy is able to go outside and play thanks to your wonderful product and she doesn't even mind wearing it

This product really works. There were numerous foxtail and hard grasses that I removed from the hood that did not get to the dog. I have found that with the summer heat, dousing down my dog prior to the walk and wearing the hood helps her stay cooler. She likes to roll in grass and this has captured the hard barbs before they reach her. Great customer service when I called to ask about sizing. Also it arrived very quickly after I ordered it.

The service was very good. Regarding the product, we bought two L sizes. The design is good and well made. One of our dogs is a happy-go-lucky type and got used to wearing it without any difficulty. The other dog is sensitive and he can wear it, but his dynamic is slow down. We are still working on it.
