Ordered and received within a few days. This is for my brother's dog who suffers from IBD. This mask has worked wonders in keeping her from eating things she is not supposed to. We were lucky to find this solution for her digestive issues.

Ordered and received promptly. This is the third time I have purchased an Outfox. My rescue dog is a terrible scrounge and eats junk off the ground. I started to use an outfox mask for her after her second surgery due to things she managed to ingest. It's been several years now and she hasn't had a repeat episode. And both of us are more relaxed on her walks now I don't have to be on high alert. Best purchase ever!

Somehow my pup must have rubbed his nose against the ground and when I brought him in, I noticed a very red spot on his snout. It was all scraped up and a mess. He's recovering now but won't be wearing the Outfox for quite a while as I was using it to deter him from eating everything in site on the ground. Dang! My other dog wears an Outfox shield for the same issues and never had this happen. I'm bummed but we'll wait this out and hope it doesn't happen again.

Hi Margaret, we apologize that you had to go through this ordeal. We have never had this feedback before and are disappointed our product couldn't provide the protection you were seeking. Without knowing what may have caused this issue, we just want to point out (largely to prevent possible issues with others in the future) that properly fitted, there will be a 2-3’’ (or 1.5-2’’ for smaller sizes) space between the tip of the dog’s nose and the front end of the Field Guard. This space is built into each size. Margaret, again, we are happy to know the Field Guard works well for your other dog, but we sincerely hope a speedy recovery for your pup.
