Great company to work with - very responsive to online questions, cordial and helpful communication, quick shipping time/product arrival to customer. Online tips for how to use the OutFox mask are extremely helpful and worked perfectly.

the device is much to easy for a dog to pull off

Hi Buck, thank you for the review. We wanted to give you with some information that we hope will provide some color as to why the device may be much to easy for a dog to pull of and also offer some suggestions on how to ensure there is proper fitting of the Field Guard. The straps on the OutFox Field Guard are designed for quick release for your dog’s safety. The straps should be tethered loosely to the dog’s collar so that, with a quick tug, the Field Guard can be removed from the dog’s head and the straps undone all in one motion. There is a video (here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UywzPpoHJo) that you can view for a demonstration (last five seconds). In the event that the Field Guard gets caught on something, the quick-release straps allow the dog to pull out and separate from the Field Guard on its own. Therefore, it is very important not to excessively secure the product on the dog so this safety feature will not be overridden. As for proper fit, we recommend taking a look at the Comfort & Use page on our site (here: https://outfoxfordogs.com/pages/comfort-use) as the tips there allow for the Field Guard to be securely placed without causing discomfort to the dog.

Thank you for the best product! My pup Addie hates it when I put a jacket or even a sweater on her yet she has no objection to her Outfox hood. I love not worrying about foxtails and the added bonus that it prevents her from eating undesirable things. Thank you for your fast delivery!!

I received the head guard a few days after ordering and I was notified by e-mail of it's progress and tracking info was given. The product looks just like the previous one we ordered that lasted over a year and a half. I know that it will continue to prevent our Lola from eating garbage, etc. when she is outside or on walks. I love Outfox because it gives us much peace of mind.

No complaints about the company. Great experience. The product just didn't end up working out for me. My dog is a scavenger with allergies so the only option I have right now with him is to try to train him up to accepting the mask was with kibble and during one of those training sessions he bit a hole in it and now it's worthless. Loved the concept because it seemed easier than a muzzle and since he's a pit would rather not have to use a muzzle and have people make wrong assumptions about him.
