Absolutely awful company from service to communication to customer care. just don't use them. I ordered goggles off the website. Hadn't despatched after 10 days. I chased them only to be told the goggles I had ordered weren't available in my country - even though the website claims free worldwide shipping. Every message takes c. 24 hrs to get a response and they are never proactive. I eventually suggested they might be able to send me a different pair of (slightly) more expensive goggles, which they eventually did. I then made the mistake of trying to order a matching helmet. Exact same thing happened - no contact for over 10 days, and when i reached out they said "that helmet isn't available in your region". I Pointed out that several companies ship between US & UK but again after a wait of days and with me chasing I had the response of "Shipping restrictions" prevent them from dispatching the helmet. just dont bother with this company, the price isnt worth the effort

Clearly they bought/solicited reviews.... Just don't! If thinking about it call their customer service, they don't answer and voicemail is full. They don't reply to email. They didn't ship item until 14 days after orders and CC protest filed. Received broken item.... (Of course its "used" how else would I know, now stage 2 of frustration....) Everything they use to "track" orders is attempt to obtain more personal info. What a mess-if you must use amazon at least. The lower price is/was not worth it direct....

My wife bought a pump from them they never mentioned we need to use a separate adapter or they never mentioned that we can't use it with 12V battery pack. But it didn't work. It sometimes works sometimes not. We reached them many times, their behavior was rude and out of customer satisfaction rules. We reported them to couple government organizations.

I purchased a paddleboard to be sent to the UK the second time are used it I noticed that the valve was leaking and I could hear this Buzzin noise of air coming out. I am a complete novice, it was most probably leaking the first time I used it but unaware and too busy learning. I have contacted customer service through email on many occasions and I’m in a queue with a number, nobody is come back to me. I have asked on several occasions for them to call me but they say they cannot call the UK this is absolutely disgusting customer service when they can’t even acknowledge or contact you. The paddleboard didn’t even coming in it’s original box I think there is something really dodgy about this site. NOT HAPPY I would advise people from the UK not to purchase from this company.

Purchased an item that I was unhappy with, they would not except any returns after box’s was open. How can you sell a product and not back it up. The return policy is horrible stay away from them, better off with Amazon
