It was delivered to the Czech republic in 24 hours from the EU warehouse - there was no need to pay VAT or to clear customs. The pump is just perfect - tested it with the Gladiator Pro 12.6 Wide. The real pressure - 20 psi - max for this pump. The pump is loud (as expected), but the speed is really impressive. Battery shows 75% remaining afterwards. The customer service is exceptional. Strongly recommend the seller.

Their products are stylish and high quality. Customer service also has been great when I needed an exchange for a bigger helmet size.

A measuring test at home said I should get a M helmet but found out later that it was too small, contacted them about a replacement and everything was handled properly and quickly. Took pictures of the return and right away got confirmation on the replacement having to pay for return shipping for an exchange wasn’t fun but worth it because of how quickly the issue was resolved.

I use several Outdoor Master products for skiing, and they have been excellent in build quality and value. Had an issue with an order which was damaged in transit by the delivery company, and the customer service at Outdoor Master was super responsive in resolving the issue quickly.
