Outdoor Master is great
Outdoor Master is great. I was a proud owner of a Shark 2 but I am so glad that I upgraded to the Shark 3. It pumps up my iSup so quickly and now I am no longer tethered to my car. Customer service was quickly answered all my questions. The delivery was super quick.

Great customer service!
I needed a new 12v auxiliary cable since mine broke. After several emails of confirmation that they had the correct part they sent me a new one free of charge and shipping! Great customer service! And I LOVE my Shark 3 SUP pump! Highly recommend!

Great company with great products
Great company with great products! Their SUP pumps are the best around as well as their customer service. I had a small issue with one of my pumps and they quickly resolved it and took care of it. Can't recommend them enough 🙌🏼

Glasses Help
Originally, our glasses did not arrive when it said they were. Either it was porch pirated or some other issue caused the package to never show up. However, the support team sent us another pair free of charge! They were helpful communicators and the product- Hawk II Polarized sunglasses- are stylish and well suited for distance running.

High quality helmet and great service
Great experience dealing with the customer service and high quality helmet. We have received one size smaller and customer service was very responsive arranging exchanges. Now the proper size have arrived and my son really liked his MTB mips helemt.

I ordered a snorkeling set with mask
I ordered a snorkeling set with mask, fins, and snorkel. However, my order came with a shattered mask. Outdoor Master handled my situation professionally and quickly. I reached out to customer service about my shattered mask and received an immediate response, promising to replace my order with a new one. I was originally a bit skeptical about all of the positive reviews, but based on my interaction with customer service, I believe they’re well deserved. I’ll be sure to keep Outdoor Master for any of my future outdoor/adventure needs.
