I purchased the Shark 2S and several months later it had some issues. After talking with customer service they determined it was unrepairable and they replaced the unit with a quickness!! Great customer service and happy with their product!!!

I contacted the customer service as I had a problem with my pump within its warranty. It was dealt with immediately and a replacement pump was sent out very quickly- no hassles no fuss, just excellent customer service. All emails were answered quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making this easy and I absolutely love my pump too!

Superb product (high performance Shark III SUP pump), responsive and helpful customer service (helped expedite delayed delivery). Competitive BUT note prices do not include tax until checkout (and don't state this). This results in Google search showing OM prices to be less than they really are. It is hoped that OM correct this, as is misleading.

First off, I absolutely love my Shark 3 rechargeable pump. It’s been such a great product that I came back and ordered a second one without hesitation. I purchased the Shark 3 pump which I loved as pumped up 2x SUP’s very quickly but unfortunately it stopped working after 18 months. I contacted OutdoorMaster & after a couple of emails to them with details about the fault was surprised & delighted to be informed they would send me a replacement pump.
