Best SUP pumps
I bought their Shark 3 Mini SUP pump and it is the fastest pump I have ever used. It stopped working after a few uses (possibly a defective unit). Customer service was quick to respond and offered to replace it after a short email exchange.

Effy, Iris, and the Outdoor Master Team
Effy, Iris, Tracy, and the Outdoor Master Team put my faith back into customer service! I placed my order and crossed my fingers that USPS would deliver my product on time. When it became clear that USPS wasn't up to the challenge, I made a phone call to the customer service number but there was no answer. To my pleasant surprise a gentleman (I regret not writing down his name) called back within a few mins to help me out. The team did everything they could within their control and it seems even things that were out of their control. Just when I thought I as at the mercy of the USPS lost package tracking system I was thrilled to see my package sitting there (a week late but arrived) when I got home from church. Now the product - SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump. I couldn't wait to try it out. I plugged it in to give it a full charge and within five mins my NRS Thrive 10.8 was ready to float! I'm gonna do my best to wear it out!

Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be happier. I had an issue with the Shark 3. They resolved it almost immediately and 100% to my satisfaction. Love the pump but I love their customer service even better!

I really like the service and product…
I really like the service and product with outdoor master. A few years back I bought a shark2 electric pump and had been great with pumping my paddle board. A few weeks ago I emailed them for help as the charging wasn’t charging properly and they respond back so fast and replaced my electric pump with a new one. Would definitely continue to use their products as the after service is amazing. Highly recommended. Benjamin ng
