The shark pump works great to blow up my mission mat! Much easier than pumping up by hand. It also works with sup boards and towables thanks to the head attachments. It's a bit loud at times, but does an overall great job.

Beyond making a highly functional product, outdoor master has exceptional customer service. Ordered from Canada a day before our national postal service went on strike. Outdoor master reached out immediately explaining there would likely be delays and offered either a full refund or small discount. I took the discount and my order still ended up arriving before the upper end of my originally quoted date of arrival. Outdoor master was recommended to me by a friend and i’ll continue to recommend it to others.

I purchased the SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump from this company after looking for a fast SUP pump for two boards. Firstly this pump is totally worth the money. Had two boards both done to 19.5 PSI in approx 8mins. I would say it’s no louder than all the rest out there and at the end of the day pumps make noise. Deflated is just as good had both down in minutes. It’s easy to use and does what its sais. Only thing I would say is the black screen all in it looks great, in bright sunlight it is a bit hard to read. This was a minor point for me as the pump is so good. The second part to my review is the customer service. There was a massive delay to receive my pump, I put it down to all that was happening with the US at the time. However the company kept me upto date. They offered that I could cancel or a small refund. I chose to wait for the pump as all company were struggling at that time. But the customer service I received was excellent. I would use this company again for the quality of products and the customer service I received

Great product & excellent customer service – highly recommended! I bought a SUP pump from Outdoor Master and I’m absolutely satisfied. The pump is powerful, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s been super reliable even after frequent use. Recently, the hose was defective – customer service responded immediately and solved the issue quickly and without any hassle. That’s how service should be! Thank you – definitely recommend!

As always a great product to invest in. I bought the new Shark 3 electric pump and I am just in awe. Even though to get the product took a little too long for my liking, honestly it’s understandable. Customer service is always great and friendly.
