I purchased the Shark 3 Pump for my SUPs. It worked great to inflate the board to the perfect pressure. However, the pump stopped working because it won’t charge. I contacted Customer Support and after a view emails confirming the unit was not working properly, a replacement Was shipped out and arrived a couple days later. The new unit works perfectly. I had a problem with the battery on my one-year-old Whale SUP pump, and wrote about the issue. Every time I sent an email, I had a response within the day, and in the end the company sent me a replacement pump. This was great customer service!

They replied fast, they gave great tipps how to manage the issue. The mails were always very friendly They took time to solve the problem and I felt taken serious as a customer. Would recommend the company also because the purchased product is good

Bought the shark 3 battery powered pump - cannot be beaten for time it takes to pump up a SUP, less than half the time of my old cigarette lighter connected pump. I initially had a problem with very slow charging due to the USB-c socket not quite fitting the charging cable, Outdoor Master despatched a new pump to me with no hassle, so excellent post sales service as well.
