Best swing ever
The swing is awesome. Put together with no issues. Beautifully made. Great price because I shopped around. Love it.

Beyond Impressed
Beyond Impressed This company not only makes amazing benches that are great quality, but their customer service is out of this world. The bench had come damaged and sent back and before I even reached out to tell them about the damage, they called me. I was so impressed. They continued to impress me with their constant communication to fix the problem. I could rant on with how amazing they were and are but this is just a quick review. Thank you!!

ordering all fooked up
ordering all fooked up wouldn't allow different shipping and billing addresses had me reviewing the order AFTER it was already placed tele help was absolutely worthless business hours for online orders should be different than in-store hours -- pick a different century to do business in The reply I got from the company after 1st post of this was idiotic. Absolute nonsense. After this fiasco I found the same product from another seller for $160 less.

Hi L.C., I know that you were trying to place an order late at night and on a weekend when we were not available to help. We are a company that specializes in outdoor furniture that happens to sell online. Rather than an online mega marketer that happens to sell online furniture where not one knows anything about the product and all you are going to get is call center person. That just isn't who we are and how we do business. We have double and triple checked our cell phone ordering which is what you were doing and we don't see an issue. We also see that you were able to input a different bill and ship address the second time you put the order through so it must have worked. Per your request we have cancelled your orders. Knowledgeable Staff
I worked with Holly, who was so helpful. She even took photos of the fabrics to help me make my selection. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. Having shopped around at several outdoor furniture stores, I would only shop with Outdoor Furniture Plus now.
