Hi Jack. Thank you for your comments. You are correct, these swing sets do not have all of the holes drilled on purpose. The maker of these has found that there are certain things like that customers like to customize. One being the angle of the arm on the swing and another being the cross bar on the legs. The higher you place the crossbar the lower the swing will sit. I'm so sorry if this posed a problem for you but customers are always welcome to give us a call when assembling and we are happy to help walk you through your decisions. Happy Holidays and I know you will enjoy your swing for years and years to come! Holly

Hi Doug. Yes, I'm so sorry for that. We really aren't an accessory company and don't mark our products up enough to give out discount codes. Companies who frequently offer discount codes, mark the product up to cover their costs. If you have questions about your Berlin Gardens order or we can help you at all, please feel free to reach out to us direct by email or phone at [email protected] or 877-595-8543. We man the phones with trained staff from 8 to 4:30 M-F and would be happy to help you.

Hi there, Cathy. Yes, unfortunately, when there is damage it's the carrier's responsibility to pick up and we have no way of forcing them to pick it up. Now, in looking at the notes on your order, we were waiting to hear back from you on your conversation with the carrier. We were not intending on leaving you high and dry. Please give us a call as we do have some options that should work for you. John

Hi There. Thank you so much for your comments. Just this week, we moved to a new platform and are working through some things so your comment about the number of search results is very timely. What item number were you looking for, if I might ask? This could help us in regards to correcting the system. In regards to the spelling/grammar, if you would be willing to share with us which email your are referring to, that would also be helpful to us. And then the review is an automatic thing from Trustpilot. This is for service only and not a product review request. You will receive another one in a few weeks once you have received your item to give that review, if you wish. Feel free to reply here if you don't mind sharing information on the above or feel free to email us at [email protected]. Have a great weekend. Holly

Hi Claud, We are so sorry for the delay. Very few of our factories have caught up from the delays experienced last year during COVID for a multitude of reasons. We put those estimated lead times right in the add to cart area. And you are correct. We don't charge your credit card until your order ships. Please feel free to reach out to us direct at [email protected] if you have any other questions or we can help at all. Take care, John
